i was on menopur and pregnol and i got pregnant twice the first baby born to early but the second is a sweet little boy 2 years old now i going again now now starting my meropur
Well, I can say that it doesn't hurt as much as one might think but, it does hurt a little.
The first time I had to do it, I hesitated for about 5 minutes staring at the needle and staring at my skin wondering how in hell I was going to stick a needle through it.
But, they need to be done at the same time each night so, I figured I better get on with it. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
No, I followed the Weight Watcher guidelines for points and the 8 healthy guidelines for what types of food to eat. I had been doing it before the cycle so, I just continued.
For the smoothies, I just got different frozen fruits with no sugar added- just plain. I used greek yogurt along with the fruit and I added flax oil and liquid B vitamins and some water and an icecube or two.
I would mind telling my weight but, I wouldn't mind telling you that my BMI was 46 when I started Weight Watchers and it was 40 when I started the IVF cycle.
Yes to the baby aspirin.
And, I did acupuncture for the second IVF but, I really didn't feel like it helped. If anything, it was more stressful because it was yet another appointment I had to keep.
What did you do during 2ww with your husband and what is the diet that you had from first injections to 2ww to maximise the successful chances of pregnancy ?
What did I do with him? I assume you mean marital relations. My doctor recommends nothing until the first ultrasound.
And, what I did with my diet was to follow the Weight Watcher guidelines for healthy eating (like I did in the previous 6 months where I lost 30lbs).
Also, I added a smoothie every day with flax oil, liquid B vitamins, vitamin C, and I also threw in some pineapple in case that turned out to be true about how it helps with implantation.
I just added a slice or two of fresh pineapple to the smoothies.
And yes, my shots were a mix of a lot of ingredients. But, it isn't a big deal once you get used to it. This was my third IVF cycle so, I was pretty used to it by the time I taped this video.
I have already had my retrieval and transfer.
For my cycles, I paid $24,000 for three including ICSI. Plus, $900 per cycle for bloodwork and then, of course, I paid for medications.

How much did you take pineapple 1/2 slice per week ?
Your stim shot seems a lots of ingredients to mix before injections, the whole things how many months you had injections already ?
So anxious that when is your retrieval and transfer time ? how many weeks to go ?
