Good question"keyboardfriend ", You can never do this in a skirmish or campaign game. Correct me if I am wrong but this guy used "C&C RA3 worldbuilder" to create this.Good work though :-)

If you mean have that many units, you can have more in a skirmish easilly and some campaign missions. all you gotta do is kill your enemy but leave 1 none "creator type" building alive, leave that alone and you've got all the money on the map and derricks that you can farm and make as many units as you want. x]

i do this in 1 vs 1 vs 1, i take over enemyes construction yards and play around when bored as soveits + allie + risingsun.

ore mines give money even when depleted, they give 1/10th per run of what they'd do when not depleted.

How's this cheating? It's just building alot of units. You must have a kick ass comp for graphics like that, mine struggles on medium graphics -the game run twcie as slow as normal- and it's quite a good one, has plenty of space and even a program to improve performance.
