It was a mistake for Holst to leave them out. Many organists omit them because they are difficult to play. I expended the extra effort and play them all. Write them in yourselves. Listen to E. Power Biggs recording on organ.
Thanks for the wonderful post. I don't believe there can be too many transcriptions of the Bach Fugue a la Gigue, and this one is particularly delightful. It bristles with the spirit and joy that the composer must have intended.

Polka and Fugue from "Schwanda the Bag Piper" by Weinberger comes to mind when hearing this.
You must also do that wonderful composition.
