Great video. I just want to make one comment. Typically people who are diagnosed Bipolar are first diagnosed with Depression. If you take antidepressants and end up becoming up or agitated, the medication may be putting you into a manic phase.

I took Zoloft once and I was throwing things around the house and really angry after a week on the medication. If this happens to you on an antidepressant, tell your doctor IMMEDIATELY.
