Nancy's a Bonus Stage just before Jin. You only get one round, but it doesn't matter if you win or lose, you'd still progress to the mid-boss stage.

My strategy here is to stay close to Nancy as possible while sidestepping most of its attacks, and then crouch as it tries to clothesline you as it turns to face you.

Besides, I think it's quite absurd to disable sidestepping in a WIDE OPEN SPACE while fighting with this behemoth... Maybe if you were fighting it on a very narrow bridge, but still...
