Its the same guy its just that "Our Revolution" was done sortve as a tribute to Motley Crue and rock and roll bands from the 80s. Halifax dont even do guitar solos in their songs so for "our revolution" they hired a set musician to actually do the solo. They arent really great musicians but they're a good band.

To be honest, although an old video for them, it's not as horrible as some would say. its jumpy short clips mimic that of the songs upbeat parts, and for those that know cinematography the lighting and use of the rule of thirds is well done.
