Everything in the video was cool until you added lightning effects and made the card fly. *sigh* People with enough money to buy this sort of card are not 12 years old, nor are they impressed with cheesy gayness.
I have found one ASUS GeForce 440 GT 822 MHZ for around 92 or 82 dollars, would it be a great grab? I need high performance for a good dollar, my last card (4 years old) overheated and blew up inside the computer and motherboard. Basically I need a really good graphics card for skyrim and other games like crysis for atleast high quality. Would it be worth it?
so, Asus' version of Military Class. Probably won't change performance or even overclocking potential except for maybe with LN2/Dice, but its good to see quality components. Now your graphics card will last longer that you will lolz.
@TheAks30 I don't know if it necessarily delivers refined power. The power delivery on the reference board is all hi-c caps as far as I know with no Japanese polymer caps. I have the direct CU II 580.
@TheAks30 Get 1 570 now. Wait and see how you like it. You might not want another one. The 580 is stupidly overpowered. I run stuff at ultra 16/16 and sometimes I can even throw multisampling transparency on top.
Push it down to dual slot solution, then we talk.

Super Gold Power Graphics Cards will be in future...

Lol, i love the fact that this super alloy capacitors have lifespan of 2.5 x 150000 hours. That equals to a lifespan of 42 years!!!
When in fact the average lifespan of a graphic card in my case is barely over a year before i replace it with a new one!!!
what an overkill!!!

AgentHydra 1 year ago
@AgentHydra well it does improve over clocking, even on air due to much more efficient power delivery, and the absence of coil twine.

ok.. cool video but, is it an independent vga like they're making their own? or is it a technology that will support radeon and nvidia?
Kalashnikova1947 1 year ago
@Kalashnikova1947 No, Asus will be using this technology on both Radeon and Nvidia cards.

@TheAks30 Doesn't it defeat the purpose to make the economy class card more expensive? Haha and yeah it does have the 460/5770 fan style.
Nyix0 11 months ago
@Nyix0 no...ii think its for more resistance and lifetime+the fact that it is eco friendly!
TheAks30 11 months ago
@TheAks30 Eco friendly... haha. I have the 580 DCUII. Honestly, a lot of the components appear to be inferior to the reference card in my opinion.

@111olbap i wanted SLI on my board so.....GTX570s :D
TheAks30 10 months ago
@TheAks30 X58 or certain P67 only. Even still on most P67 boards you won't get true 16 16. SLI is NOT 2 570s. It's 1 and 2/3. Check the benches :).
