I have a daughter with special needs (Williams Syndrome) and I am not sure how to take this either. The exec. producers are generally all about getting laughs by making fun of people (re:"Timmy") on South Park). I have a hard time believing that they're not trying to get laughs by exploiting these people and trying to mask it as a great experience for them. I just don't know.
