This song was featured in a 1979 film "The Muppet Movie". The film was first released by ITC Films, the company that made "The Return of the Pink Panther", "The Great Muppet Caper" and "On Golden Pond".Jim Henson is honored as a Disney Legend posthumously. He started with the "Muppet Show" back in 1976 through 1981 or 1982 and it was first produced by ITC before Disney bought it back in the 90's. ITC was the company that made "Thunderbirds", "Space: 1999", "Stingray", and other shows.

@HomeoftheGoodGuys Actually, (takes off hat) Jim Henson (puts hat on) started with a little show that he and his sister performed called "Sam and Friends". Kermit originated on it, but he wasn't a Frog yet.
