Was hoping to make next years NY fleet week as it's the 100 anniversary but now going to the east coast in September. Shame as its a great event. Got great pictures when the coastguard helicopter was doing a vertical insertion, sadly no video.

From what building was the footage taken?
I went on the Iwo Jima last Fleet Week and it was great.
@jdslater1 The view is from 49th floor of Orion condo on the corner of 42nd Street and Ninth Avenue.

@jdslater1 I was dropped on the deck of the Iwo Jima because I was breakign all sorts of uniform regulations.
