  • I have question, I regularly play soccer .

    I used to feel some pain from overworking the ankles playing , but now that I stretch them before, I feel better and the pain is greatly decreased, I don't feel that discomfort of muscle fatigue in the game or any pain.

    Though I do very intense stretching, To be honest I don't know if im doing more harm than good to the ankles. Do I have to tone it down , the effects will be the same if I stretch less intenesily?

  • I can't kneel on the ground with my feet underneath me, its weird.. I'll have to practise that first. Because if I try to my feet hurt very much.
