I used to feel some pain from overworking the ankles playing , but now that I stretch them before, I feel better and the pain is greatly decreased, I don't feel that discomfort of muscle fatigue in the game or any pain.
Though I do very intense stretching, To be honest I don't know if im doing more harm than good to the ankles. Do I have to tone it down , the effects will be the same if I stretch less intenesily?
Who is that "coach", where did she get her certificate ?!! She should learn that the main point of warming up is... to get warm, and that there is a big difference between "warmup" and "stretching", you can't do both at the same time.
To prepare the joints for gymnastics, you have to put them under pressure progressively, not to stretch them.
It's incredible how that amateur teenager pretends to be an expert instructor and teaches wrong things so seriously in the corner of her leaving room !
holy shit thanks for the tips!!

I can't kneel on the ground with my feet underneath me, its weird.. I'll have to practise that first. Because if I try to my feet hurt very much.
