The consist of the train with the Viewliner matches that of the Cardinal, trains 50/51. The Silver service trains have more than one Viewliner and a Heritage Diner, the Cardinal has"Diner Light" thus the Amfleet "Cafe".

Great video. With the 156 on the Regional and the CSX juice train, you probably caught the two best trains of the day at Alexandria. Something interesting though is the fact that the 156 train had a baggage car on the back. Was that 67 or something? Nothing has really run a baggage car on the back in a while except Silver Service.

@GulfWindProductions Going by the timeline of this video it would make sense for that to be train #79. The rest of the consist matches it too. I just wonder what the reasons are for moving it to the back. Obviously I wouldn't think position matters too much as long as it's on one of the ends of the consist, but I'm guessing it has to do with the way consists are assembled. Maybe it's easier to put it on the back.
