  • I do something similar to this, and I find it energizing, limbering, stimulating, and fun, an excellent preparation for intense workouts and a sort of workout unto itself.

  • I am a client of Achieve Peaks and as simple as this warm up sounds it works. It amazed me how much more stable and flexible I am compared to stretching
