they liberated asia from white pigs and the asian people enjoy their real life.

many foreign people enjoy japanese things (anime, playstation, nintendo, manga, cusine, high tech japanese goods etc)

i'm proud of being a japanese.

long live hirohito, long live japan.

  • @shiokan02

But you cant say " White Pigs "

You guys enjoy American made things also.

Anime.... what is the origins of it?

Mickey Mouse which in turn is American made.

Look I have no disrespect to Japan. What I guess what Im trying to promote is world peace... it would be nice if we all got along.

I mean do we humans need a common enemy to unite?!

Do we need to be invaded by Covenent warships to get along?!

All countries have something beautiful about them.

  • @shiokan02 Yeah our ancestors only killed 30 or so million other asians including koreans and chinese in the most inhumane and cruel ways possible

  • @shiokan02 OH!!!YOU are proud that your japanese soldiers killed a lot of childrens, raped millions of womans.and lots lots more of unhumane and barbarians things.Evils!!!!!!

  • FUCK JAPAN

    FUCK JAPAN

  • hirohito is one fucking demon. yet the japs considered him as hero

  • thats are bataan 0_o they are american,i dont see any filipino?!!

  • I read the history of WII, the Brits and Canadian soldiers are in Malaysia, Thailand Singapore, but they suffered a lot against the Japanese, the Japanese well planned their Attack even in the Pacific, the Americans , Australians , Brits ,and Canadians are in HK, they almost the against Japanese. But fortunately, they won the war in the end.

  • japanese people r rude and if a new president and come and watch the history for the past 700 years i beleive that he will declare war on the three countries

  • Japanese scum if it wasn't for anime! the philippine youth will carry the anger our grandfathers felt!

I still got the anger though!

  • Anak ng ....... Peke. EMO pa ung isang gumanap. HABA NG BUHOK.

  • Japanese soldier fought for Emperor and considered it an honor to die for him. And so they did.

  • Why the Japanese captured the Phillipines they fight for glory and honor while Nazi they for fight for capture

  • NO it was the other way around

GERMANY fought to redeem their honor after they lost WW1 and GERMANY fought to recapture those land which they lost during WW1

WHILE THE JAPS fought to STEAL natural resources of other countries

  • Yea the Germans thought the Treaty after WWI was unfair and decided to take the things they have last by force. Japan simply wanted to use their asian neighbors up for their resources.

  • grabe hindi ako maka paniwala it was a fake

  • If Hirohito truly cared about his people he would have had the courage to stand up to Tojo and the militarists. Hirohito was a coward and should be held primarily responsible for continuing the war after 1942, when it was obviously a losing cause. Sorry, we really should have hung the Emporer in 1945...

  • Really? In 1942, Japan was on the verge of world domination, and the war only began to go bad after Adm. King launched an assault on Guandacanal, which caught them off-guard and turned the tide, at which point was too late to make peace, as shortly after the battle, FDR made it a point at the Casablanca Conference that the Allies would only accept an unconditional surrender.

  • It's Japans fault for starting a War with both Asia and America.

    "You reap what you sow"

  • @randy109 To think that your idea of the world and history is only remotely related to truth and call to kill someone based on that. Your view is at most a mere subjetive interpretation with, obviously, limited knowledge in this field.

Do people a favor and just shut up the next time you feel like you have to enlighten others with your, of course purely academically based, opinions.

As long as there are people who state someone should be killed we will never put an end to those stories!

  • @randy109 you should have hung the emperor.

  • @randy109 I hate to say it but you are wrong. USA made a wise decision not to hang Hirohito as a war criminal. Of course Hirohito deserved to hang, however it would have forced USA to destroy Japan almost to the last man woman and child. That was an unacceptable option.

Hirohito was forced to live with his shame, but by doing that, he saved the Japanese nation from utter and complete destruction.

  • @randy109 We dont understand the Japanese especially then. We dont know if they would have accepted a occupation if we removed the emperor. They only agreed to a surrender with the emperor remaining. They may have let all the japanese civilians die before surrender. The civilians looked at the emperor as the god. You see what muslims do for their god? What Americans do for their president. What the brit do for the king, Put those all into one man you have the japanese emperor. They supported him

  • @randy109 Maybe so. The real question is, why didn't we?

  • @MsDichotomy To them it was the opposite. They thought that anyone who surrendured and did not either kill themselves or fight to the death had no honor. Therefore they were not worthy of decent treatment. They were considered lower than scum. It's sad, but it's true.

  • Okay, you're a fucking idiot.

  • MacArthur didn't want to leave Corregidor. When he first recieved the order from FDR to evacuate, he refused and said he'd resign, reenlist as a private, and stay. FDR replied that he'd have MacArthur arrested if he did that. Get your facts straight before you talk shit. Also keep in mind that for all of his flaws, MacArthur kept his word. He returned to the Philippines and led the army that pushed the Japs out.

  • 意外と綺麗な服装をしていて、私がイメージしていたのとは全然違いました。本当は伝染病で死んだんでしょ?虐殺じゃないよ。

  • What hiroshi was trying to say in english:Doing unexpected and the clean dress, I was different had represented with at all. Truth it died being infectious disease, it is with to do, the [yo]? There is no slaughter.

  • Where are the treasure that your ancestor stole from us?

  • marcos would have been a great war-hero in phil-jap's war.what did he do with this fucking country?

  • the '60's was really phil. economy in good shape, can't we return it now?

  • i cannot consider under the marcos regime a normal situation/circumstance-as we all knew it.maybe we rank at a top in economy during that time but there was a terrible human rights violation, &corruption.

  • orders, he was just following orders you smartass. if you want that general to be judged, why could not it be the president himself to be judged who gave the order of that general to be withrawn to australia. use your head!

  • one friend of mine chided we maybe rich &easygoing if japs ruled us after the war- just telling filipinos has lost its spirit of national pride nowadays.japs, after the war ,was crippled up to their spirit but regained its economy where as phil. still waddled in poverty. theirs nothing much to war history as it is overshadowed by corruption, unemployment, and human rights violation.

  • uh... ever heard of marcos? if you don't you are ignorant. waddled in poverty you say? then why did this fucking country had the status of a first or second world country during the 60s?

  • thank you for uploading this video because im PILIPINO too

  • My uncle was a driver of a rich family. When the rich family was evcacuated to Pagbilao he was told to return for more relatives. On his returnthe Phil Army stopped him and took his vehicle. He was forced to enlist and to train to be in the Army. With the Japs as the victor he suffered the humilty of being in the Death March where he got sick of malaria and dysentery. Fortunately he survived the ordeal. He was released after a more than a month stay at Capas, Tarlac.

  • To make the story short, the Americans returned in what we termed The Philippine Liberation. When my uncled applied for the back pay, his enlistment paper was nowhere to be found although the Officer who enlisted him confirmed that it was submitted. My poor uncle never received a single centavo. Many fake guerillas did received a lot depending whom they know.

  • My Uncle was a driver of a rich family at the outbreak of the war. His boss evacuated to Pagbilao, Quezon (Tayabas at that time) and when he returned to Manila he was stopped by the Philippine Army, the car confiscated for military use and he was forced to enlist. He suffered the atrocities of the Japanese Imperial Army during the Death March to Capas, Tarlac.

  • hey AUSsupportTerrorist!

i think u should know that After Gen.Douglas MacArthur left, command of the defense of Bataan was handed over to Major General Jonathan M. Wainwright. MacArthur was unwilling to leave control to Wainwright, and tried to run the battle from three thousand miles away.

  • He ordered his men not to retreat, but General Edward P. King disobeyed orders by surrendering when he saw that the situation was hopeless. This surrender led to the Bataan Death March, in which over 5,000 Filipinos and 1,000 Americans died .

  • first of all he didnt ran away u retard MacArthur was ordered by President Roosevelt to relocate to Melbourne, Australia, and the phillipine president that time left 2 .Second of all he didnt leave his soldiers without food and water they didnt had enough supply because the japs cant be stopped that time so why dont you learn more about world war 2 and shut the fuck up ok

  • hahahaha ur totally right...

  • Useless lang lahat ng history natin kasi PURO korakot mga politiko natin.

Inumpisahan kasi ng animal na si Marcos eh kaya nagka letse letse ang bansa natin.

  • Now japanese government hide all their horrible atrocties distorting and rewriting their history textbooks.

Obvisously japanese children don't even know what japan did to over 20 million victims.

  • the first jap can deliever sushi in under b30mins

  • what? it was you yankees that ask these people to surrender then now you even dare to say such words? pretty nice of you!

  • 70,000 americans surrender in the Philippines, its their fault for the POW camp marches

  • Over a million Japanese surrendered in various parts of the Asian mainland after the war's end. Those who surrendered to the Soviets had a low survival rate while others who surrendered to the UK and USA fared much better. Japan has no excuse for its brutality of POWs , especially since so many Japanese POWs returned home in good health to rebuild their nation.

  • Hini ko kinakampihan ang mga Hapon. Pero maganda ang hangarin ng Japan noon na Asia is for Asia, Japan is for Japan and Philippines is for Philippine. But the problem is inabuso ng mga sundalong hapon ang kanilang katayuan.

  • nasan na ang hangarin nila ngayon?

  • tarantado

  • And that's why you should never surrender, no matter what the circumstances.

  • Germany and Japan both surrendered, and it worked out in their favor. Not such a bad thing more humane side won.

  • I mean, surrender in a battle. It's so much better to fight to the end. That way, you won't humiliate your family and be used as a bargaining tool against your country. That was my original point. Sorry if it wasn't clear enough.

  • The Geneva Convention was ratified , at least by the Western powers , to ensure their fighting men would be treated as human beings when captured. The Japanese did the same during the Russo - Japanese conflict and WW1. What they did during WW2 has no excuse, since the bulk of Japanese who were captured DID survive.

  • Elchupucabra

Germany and Japan surrendered cuase they were not given much of a choice.

Many Germans fought to the end and retreated to the West. For the ones that surrendered to the Russians the majority were never seen again.

  • Of course Germany and Japan had no choice but to surrender. They bit off more than they could chew and had no option but to agree upon unconditional terms. It's why we call it total war.

  • There is a Japanese lieutenant named Onado, he fought continually with several other men from 1944-1972; using guerrilla tactics to attack any military targets they could.

  • Yes, the bastard employed terror tactics against Filipino villagers. His merry band was wiped out by the Filipino police, leaving Onada as the final survivor.

  • its 2nd lieutenant hiroo onoda (小野田 寛郎)

he didnt surrender till 1974 he still lives till this day

i want to look for him and kill him LOL!

  • Germany surrendered after their capital was overrun, their government destroyed, and no hope for any resupply or reinforcements. Japan because it cared for its people and wanted them to live free, free from American occupation, and bombs -.-. Neither surrendered in fear or cowardice.

  • If Hirohito gave a rat's ass about his loyal subjects , he would have surrendered in 1943-44. The USA still occupied Japan after its devestation by firebombing and two atomic bombs , in case you missed a few pages of WW2 history.

  • Too bad they where occupied anyway so their deaths was for nothing

  • HAH, screw you dumb yankee cowards! SCREW YOU along with that dumb old McArthur! if it is not for him, there will be no death march. screw him and his propaganda!!!

  • If it wasn't for Japan there wouldn't have been war crimes, turmoil in Asia, Death Rates in China and all of Asia, so screw all you Japenis and your propoganda, which is what Japan was good at doing

  • @MsCellaneousone no prob chink ;D

  • whaha...pag may nakakita na hapun sa mga cumment baka mag ka gera uli haha..fuking japs.^^

  • @kmanibo dang was that jiberish lol?

  • My grandmom's brother was killed by an american bomber and not by cruel japanese soldiers..

  • Gooood job! 9.11!

  • we shouldve completely wiped out japan...those damn cowards

  • @elegost0222 ur an idiot.

  • The japanese Deserved the Abomb...May the radiation destroy there bodies from now on!

  • hey thats my dream!!!

i want an asteroid to strike to japan

  • Glow in the Dark People because of radiation...

  • there's alot of F word on it

and why there's a EMO kid there!!

  • I'm not an emo kid, wow, I don't cut my hair, big deal.

  • hey my grandpa was a chinese and he worked as a medic 4 the japanese army in ww2 but hes not a baddie like those in the death march

  • I was in the beginning of the film, when it was being taken very seriously. I don't know what happened with the ending. I don't think they meant any disrespect, they just ran out of time and the means to make it more realistic, so they kind of just had it end the way it ended.

  • General Macarthur missed that March he was sipping lemon squashes in Melbourne. He he he When an Australian General deserts his men when they need him most his career is finished.

  • Was this different?

    This was not a movie.

Please delete the comment like the point.

  • This movie is a movie which I wanted to see.

However, it was not shown in Japan.

Moreover, there is also no rental.

    Why is it!?

As an I individual, I think that it is a precious image as a historical important portion.

  • For those of you who are critical of these responses, yes I know I left the letter r out of the word "disturbing." I appologize. On my next visit to Luzon, before I retire to Bataan, I will take my son to Corrigidor to honor the people (Phillipino and American) who served there. To those of you who were there, I thank you!!! And, God Bless. Oh, and did I say "FUCK YOU" to those who find the Death March ammusing? Any time, any where, you name it, I'll be there.

  • Filipino!!! Not Phillipino!

  • I am an American soldier maried to a filipina living in Bataan. On my first visit there I visited Mt. Samat and the museum dedicated to the defenders. One of the most distubing articles I read was a letter stating that the most humane way to kill one on the death march was a shotgun shot to the face. On my last visit, I met a man who actually survived a shot to the face and lived. There is nothing funny about this ordeal or what happend to these people. For those who find it funny FUCK YOU!!!!!!

  • dood i had a great uncle in the march. it was so different. if they fell theyd be executed. they also had to walk thousands of miles to the pow camps. while in their the fucking dickheads of japs made them write letters home saying they were fine. my great uncle survived but then they sent him on a ship 2 China 2 be a slave. When our guys thought they were transporting cargo, we bombed it. out of the 1,745 pow's on the ship, only 5 survived. My great uncle wasn't lucky enough, he died.

  • this stupid chinese or korean man go to hell

  • I didn't think very much of teh way Japanese used LIVE American soldiers FOR bayonettE practice during WWII!

And Bataan was horrible and the Japanese troops did horrible things to our POWs and

I think that is why the two bombs were dropped at the END.

  • hahaha...a great comedy.

  • ok and yah...;p

  • Good movie ;p
