Having seem some specials about the super morbidly obese, I can say that some of them are actually very manipulative and self destructive people; they surround themselves with yes-men who will always cave and give them what they want, not with genuine friends and loved ones who would not watch them destroy themselves. Its a classic "friends don't let friends" situation-a real friend would not give them food and insist they help themselves.

@shannonleec I'll admit it-I'm a recovering alcoholic. When I see some of these sper-morbidly obese people, I see the same kind of feelings and thoughts that lead me to drink. I struggle with it still, it honesty does never end. Its a matter of wanting to be better for yourself and those you love.

James was in a severed state of depression. He could not stop eating. We were able to help him start eating normally. James used to eat enough food in one day to feed two families for a week. Unfortunately, the damage was done.
