Toothbrushes are out of date to keep in your purse. Before traveling. Try and use the "Wisp" before so on the trip you'll understand it. :) Its smaller and easier to use.

@1maiko1 As of right now(they change policy all the time) *most* airlines let you have a "personal bag"(purse, man bag etc) AND a carry on. You should check with your specific airline on their policy or check their website but usually you can have both. I still try to condense as much as possible though because of all the security check points and hassle of lugging two bags, taking off your shoes, etc.

Sorry forgot your other question. Most purses (unless yours is enormous) can fit under your seat. The carry on usually goes in the overhead bin.
