The greases work wonders...it's really good for those who have dry hair...it also helps to use conditioners instead of shampoos because almost all shampoos have stuff in it to dry out hair (sulfur,sulfates,etc)

My hair grows fast like this too. You offer some really good tips, especially when it comes to the vitamins, scalp brushing or massaging, and hair oils. I don't use shampoo because it contains sodium sulfate laureth which drys the hair and leads to breakage and decreased growth. I either make my own shampoos or just co-wash (use a conditioner with baking soda). I might try Burts Bees though...Anyway, great vids...and God Bless!
