Ken never learned to keep his chin tucked, or to lift that left shoulder up just a tad. Most MMA fighters have a tough time keeping their chin tucked, almost none use the shoulder roll, but Ken for as much experience he had, just didn't keep that chin tucked. Everyone has to remember, and this is for newer fans, or fans that just don't think about this, just imagine how many times Ken has been tagged in his career, not just in a fight, but in the gym sparring? Lions Den used to go all out.
Shamrock was a good grappler who had decent hands, For some odd reason he got away from the wrestling/submission game. He's the reason why you shouldn't put guys in a Hall Of Fame before they are retired.

@jitteryjoe Yeah unfortunately when you get older you can't box because u lose the reaction time and quickness. Which are both necessary to box well.
