  • make sure you tilt the head back when breathing into mouth

  • "Certified CPR instructor."

    Certified in North Korea, maybe.

  • WHY DON'T THEY EVER GET TO THE FUCKING ACTION

    Airway (check)

Breathing (cheack like how she done it)

if no breathing STRAIGHT into 30 compressions, no breaths before u start the compressions. after 30 then 2 breathes, and continue...

NOTE: after u breathed into the person, and u need to breathe again make sure u move ur head away from the body so u can more fresher air. thankyou. any questions please ask me.

  • thnx

  • HEY DUMBASSES THUMSB UP SANDBEAGLEUO

  • You dont do a pulse check unless you are a professional, retards. Also your airway check is after you have looked, listened, and felt... you know when you breathe into them and you feel like you are breathing into a cup (full resistance).

Anyways, the new standards for non professionals dont even include artificial respiration.

L2CPR before you talk shit about this video, tards.

  • wow people could actually die if anyone followed this

  • This does not seem very helpful

  • Don´t learn from this, go take a first aid course instead people. Just saying.

  • tht helped alott thnxxx

  • No pulse or airway check?

  • No pulse checking, no airway checking, and way too slow pushing...

Sorry girl, you are pretty but you let the guy die.

  • I understand everything but exactly where do I put my hands so i dont damage the chest? and if its were a women where do i put my hands too exactly?

  • yeah, because we all carry barrier devices!

  • @TheOReport1994

    I think we should

  • Serious question, if the victim were to be a woman, and she was in a one piece swim suit, would it be appropriate/necessary to still bare the chest?

I'm asking because I spend most of my time at year-round swim practice, no 2 piece suits allowed.

Also, does this also work if the victim were to be drowning and has water in their lungs/airway? or is there another choking/drowning technique needed?

  • @ Yotehunter93, you would clear the airway two ways.. If you're part of EMS and have a suctioning unit, you will definitely use that. If you're a bystander, I would probably just call 911 asap. You can stick your bare hand in the victim's mouth but if you have the slightest cut when you make contact with their mouth and they have AIDS, you have a chance of getting AIDS.. I think it's only 10% chance..

  • Um. For what she left out - do a pulse check, check the airways, and (I THINK) two breaths after every 15 pumps.

  • @smartndumb101 i was told two breaths every 30 pumps but either way would work

  • Yeah, guess so. If you're getting training it might be best to research it so you don't end up making them breath too much and then letting their pulse die or vice versa :)

  • Yea you deffinately need to check the airway. And it looked as If the chest compressions were too slow.

  • way too tired and can't go on anymore? I guess you meant if the person is dead! haha

  • You were supposed to check to see if the airway is blocked. If the ariway is obstructed you need to clear is first. You don't just start blowing. Retards.

  • You're an idiot.

  • @goobymoogy how would you got about clearing an airway?

  • uh.. no pulse check? she's gonna press on a working heart?

  • even if the heart isn't working, there could still be an irregular heart beat. You are trying to keep the beat regular

  • This is a great life saving technique
