That's the same overpaint animation technique that was used for the Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds part of the Yellow Submarine film.This Los Bravos film predates Yellow Submarine I think.

It's called rotoscoping and it's done by hand-tracing each frame from a sequence of live-action film.

I used to work as an animator so I can tell you from experience that compared to most kinds of hand-drawn animation it's actually quite easy - as long as you have the equipment. Since you are tracing from live action footage the animation is already done for you.

Efectívamente es del año 66, pero John Bonham aparte de currar en Band of Joy con Robert Plant, era un currela de la música , vamos...que tocaba con quien le ponía pasta en la mesa...y eso fue lo q sucedió.Además fue el propio Mike Kennedy quien lo comentó en una entrevista hace unos cuantos años para la TV.
