Mass Effect 2 - [SECRET] Illusive Man at the Collector Base

First time I saw him during my first play-through I thought it was part of the game plot as if he was the face skin they were going to put on the reaper or something. Because he looked so big it actually scared me for a second!

i just beat Mass Effect 2 on the ps3 and i also saw the Illusiive man in that scene. i doubt that it is a glitch seeing how the ps3 version came out after the xbox and pc version. if it was a glitch, wouldnt it have been removed?

I think the Illuse opened the reaper base since he has the size off 20 planets for him the base is a black box so he decided to see what the minions were doing yeah i think thats why he shows up because his a huge Guy!!!!!!!!!!!

@CTPAX92 It's NOT fake. I only searched THIS youtube clip because I saw the same thing and wanted to know if others had seen it to. Now that previews of Mass Effect 3 are released, the devs make no secret of the fact Cerberus are working with the reapers (though they won't say how except many lower Cerberus operatives are indoctrinated). Also the illusive man's eyes are a clue he's cybernetic. Also we never see how big he is (except in bugs like Freedom's Progress). Maybe he's a 'human reaper'

...idiots yeh he is watching and he is 10X biger than any human.... its a fucking bug, if you know anything about games, you know models of cutscenes are usually on the same level as you play, only outside of the normal playable area, many times using bigger models cause the bigger number of poligons during cutscnes....

We simply discussed a theoretical possibility that Illusive Man is working with the Reapers by the game storyline. We never stated anything about, that we agree over that giant Illusive Man is real and that he indeed should have been there.

@CTPAX92 Actually you can find him on Freedom's Progress if you use freecam and he's NOT 10x larger. This might be a bug or it might be a clue/easter egg for the next game. Read my other comment and remember his freaky eyes plus the 'sun' that goes blue or red in the background depending on your decision.
