I looked for the book, Lolax's "ragtime Guitar". One copy on Amazon, used $248.82. Wow.

Too Ambitious? Well, maybe they would let it go for $247. Lolax seems to have a site where he sells transcriptions of individual tunes for $10. Search Youtube and you can find his videos.
