...unrelated to gymnastics, which I am, but I that wasn't why I was crying. Attempting to make myself do the skill I began to tear myself down untill every time I went I could only think "I can't do it". The hugs I got from my coach were comforting, I am truely thankful to have him and I know that there is indeed beauty in the breakdown because I will use my past trials and mistakes to become stronger. When I go back to the gym again I will face my fears and maybe I won't win again but...

Here I am commenting again, but its the perfect video for how I feel. I started crying yesterday at practice cause I couldn't make myself do a skill that I had done the day before. This time my coach saw and called me over, though by that time I was completely shattered inside. Each time I tried and failed to make myself do it I fell apart a little more. My coach would never push me to tears and wouldn't want me to push myself to that point either. He thought I was upset over something...

they should change the gymnastic uniform to shorts cause guys can wear them how come the girls can't?.leotards are so uncomfortable and they always ride up :( and this is not a swimsuit fashion show for guys..what do u guys think? do u think the leotard is good or they should change it so so can wear shorts over the leotard?

Love it and the song is perfect I just came back from a hard and very frustrating practice My coach is great and he doesn't push me too hard but he doesn't have to cause Im too busy pushing myself and constantly feeling weak and like I'm getting nowhere I stay an hour after practice to work on my stuff but it's still extremely hard Also too often the mental side is much harder than the physical. I cried at practice today but I didn't let anyone see Im ready to try again tomorrow though

wow, i just love how in all youtube videos like this they act like gymnastics is for these people that dont have a choice, how they are pushed and they dont want to be there, just do what they are told, traped. its really not like that. yea, you work hard but your not forced to be a gymnast. this is coming from a person who wasn't a gymnast most of my life but ive been a gymnast the past few years.

my oldest daughter is also a dedicated gymnast, who works hard she has just gone into level 6 qld au levels she is 10 however due to competing her first comp of the year we dicovered after she had a facture while competing so i do know how hard these girls work my daughter is not elite tho but trains 20hours a week but if u guys are intrested in viewing her footage go a head & add comments to.

Definitley different from any training montage I have seen but I think that even though people all make videos based around the same idea (training) I think everyone has their own personal style and view of what it is so I think you did a very great job!
