I remember these vaguely, but I must have forgotten how good they were looking back. Funny, the themesong opens "gather 'round ye brave young knights" but it sort of sounds like "gather 'round, EAT brave young knights"... which might make sense for a cartoon about evil dragons but didn't for this.

@elankrylon lol! I was the same way and when Gadget Boy was moved to a late night time, I rarely saw it then once, I saw it was coming up next but not until after Blazing Dragons so I refused to watch it. I did get to like this show later but then it got taken off with many other good shows.

They made quite a few quips at homosexuality through Blaze, but they are funny rather than offensive. Additionally, they've got blatantly dry as hell humor, and they poke fun at themselves for it. Overall a very fun cartoon.

I wish that this would actually come out over here on DVD. :( I loved the humor as it wasn't "just for kids" even moreso with it coming from Monty Python's Terry Jones!

American kids might not know this but the version show here in the States was censored. Sir Blaze was supposed to be a really effeminate (GAY) dragon. I'm gay and I think his real character is fucking hilarious!

I loved this show on Toon Disney. Cause I'm a dragon fan myself and found it amusing they were knights. And being created by Monty Python alum Terry Jones!! Wooow. Then I started watching "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" and listening to the Broadway show Spamalot. Now I know the theme song is very much alike to "Knights of the Round Table"!
