I think that Casey used kloroform on Caylee to get her to sleep,when she was getting out partying! I read somewhere that she had kloroform at home and taht she used it on her daughter to get her to sleep! And when she returned from the party,she saw that caylee didnt woke up and thatshe had died! She borrowed a shovel from a neighbour,packed here daughter in plastic and in the bag! Went out and burried her! And then she pretend that nothing had happend untill her mother did suspect things!

I'm sure the prosecution will take all the time necessary to build their case. There may be more evidence to be found, or they may have it, and are just trying to piece it together. I'm certain the state wants an air-tight case because they bear the burden-of-proof. They must prove, without a reasonable doubt, that she is guilty. Anyone charged with a crime has a right to fair trial with a jury of their peers. It's in the constitution.
