i agree on some degree. however i left mostly because it just didnt feel the same anymore. i miss that feeling of being a noob and exploring a giant new world for the first time. never knowing what was around the next corner. once i finally reached max level in WOTLK it was just raid - get loot, raid - get loot etc etc. people say the game starts at max level, however being a noob were my favourite days in WoW.

Do you guys remember when the name Stratholme was something you did not know what was, except so far in the future. When nobody knew what do to and it was literally a Quest do do the missions here and there. When the general chat was filled with questions that now seem ridiculous. When grinding was fun because everything was new and exciting. When 100 G was an extremely large sum of money.

I really do miss the old WoW. All the new stuff that they're coming out with isn't as good as the old stuff in my opinion. I think Burning Crusade was great :) Also, @Omfgwhtavid, you say that nothing is stopping us from going to Goldshire and we don't have to stay in Northrend. That is very true, BUT I think we all also miss the old rules of everything... So much has changed that we can't just go back to. Anyone remember being a lvl 1 human and walking around elewwyn Forest and being terrified of those one rogue humans that are like lvl 7?

And going down to goldshire and seeing all those different levels dueling and the level 60s. Everyone chatting and having fun, and chilling out in the inn at Goldshire. I remember pre-bc starting a fake shop in that inn and calling it Muffins, Maniacs and More and selling conjured muffins to people. ^_^ I miss those days.
