partly i agree with you guys because according to a special system a band is called a one hit wonder band which has only 1 top 40 hit

but actually they had 2 top 40 hits and a gold certificated album and their second was sold nearly 300,000 times

but on the other hand its their signature song, if you ask someone about them he or she will only name I RAN

however i love this song and even i wasnt even born in the time i love them and i listen to this song several times each day :-)

Do you know if it's true that the reason they did not stay together was because of a supposed problem with Paul and his alleged like of "substances" and alcohol? I know Mike was reported to have given that reason on a interview I read somewhere...

I don't know if that's still the reason.

The original members got back together a couple years ago on VH1's Bands Reunited show.

they stayed together for a few shows after that but then broke up again.

I don't know the reason though, you should ask AFOSVideos on here, they should know :]

Oh, sorry about that, I meant during the Bands Reunited reunion... I read that during this time, Paul became too much of a "liability", hence, the break up... I also met Mike back in 90-91 at a local show, and I asked him about Paul and the others. According to him, (back then), he said Paul had become a drug addict and an alcoholic. During the BR vh1 show, Frank says Paul needed to go to Alcoholics Anonymous... Kind of makes you wonder. I hope Paul is doing allright...

They focused more on "I ran" a hell lot more than "Space age love song" and "The more you live". People who like a song should listen more of the artist's work. Not just one song.
