In time, the hypocracy of Abbott will start to penetrate the electorate. People will, albeit in their own time, come to realise what a duplicitous character this Abbott is. I only wish that the government would go on the attack & exploit this character flaw. Why do they not go in harder & try to focus the electorates mind on the real Abbott? How long can Abbott continue to control the front pages of the news? Are people so afraid to go against the tide of opinion which currently favours Abbott?

Abbott likes to go on about his time as a Plant Manager for a cement company, but the fact is that he had the job handed to him and then quit it a few months later.

Abbott never really got his hands dirty until it served a political purpose.

Turnbull (for example) doesn't pretend he's something he's not, unlike Abbott.

@Schnappi1936 no liberal should even bother to try to be one of the workers... they would have NO experience. The few young liberals i have spoken to, have no work experience what-so-ever, just uni... which begs the question: "how do they pay for the courses?"
