This may sound dumb, but is there and actual rule YOU HAVE TO HOLD THE LEASH?? Do they give you crap if they see you don't hold it but they just drag it around them? Your dog is cute by they way!!
They do require leashes for dogs in Island beach state Park. You also need a permit to be able to drive on the beach. The water there is crystal clear like bath water!
Hi. Do they give you a hard time having your dog off leash? I was thinking of taking my dogs there that are well behaved but it states must be on leash at all times.
