The dyno could have been set at a ramp rate, so it gets more hp, thats why it could be coming on slowly?..

if its coming on slowly, its due to a high ramp rate most likely, dyno queens use a really low ramp rate to get the biggest power figure possible, it could also be due to the gear that they are getting the read from, they could be in 4th/5th gear coming on low rpm which would take a longe time
