Little do people know he is based of a REAL person Named Leo McGarry who lived in Dayton Ohio where Mr.Sheen is from. Leo McGarry was a WW2 POWMIA for over a year in Nazi teritory, he was also my great uncle. Im a Mcgarry, its so cool lol
