i dont know if youve figured out a skid yet, but its pretty simple, you just need to move some of your body weight foreward over the handlebars and stop pedaling, putting the weight on one of you feet, called your "chocolate" foot. you can switch shit up by putting a leg over the bars, or doing it no handed, or putting a foot through the frame and on to the opposite pedal, whatever you want.

sure no problem so basically they're a stripped down and modified road bike, there's only one gear and the cranks and pedals are fixed to the rear hub which means no coasting, u have to pedal as fast as the rear wheel goes. The way you stop or slow down is by skidding. you skid by standing up a bit and locking up your legs so the back wheel can't move and the friction slows you down. that was a bit wordy, hope it helped haha
