Am.FBall is a total different, size is the KEY factor, everything in AM Fball relies on the O-line and the D-line..domination is the key..bigger the Oline the better. you can literally march the ball down the field and score every time with a Big Line..Rugby vs Am FBall no comparison.. 2 totally Different games although they may both have similarities. one things for sure POLY'S DOMINATE IN BOTH SPROTS FOR SURE..SOIFUA
