  • (cont.) What is the skewness with which total comp is distributed among all employees?

What is the cost of total comp as a % of earnings and/or dividends? A little disclosure would go a long way to stemming the abuses of comp. Right now, it's a perfect scam. The victims (most of them anyway) don't know they've been scammed and when presented with evidence actually argue against any remedies or rules, as Cavuto did in this video, as if free market forces are working for them. For the top 1% it

  • Grayson handled himself well and has made a perfectly understandable (under the circumstances), and I believe reasonable, proposal to limit executive compensation. For Cavuto to press Grayson for a specific number is tantamount to asking him to define art or pornography, the latter the more apt analogy since both can be obscene. How about simply requiring more disclosures to shareholders wrt comp at widely held public companies? eg What is total comp as a % of earnings or dividends? What is the

  • CAVUTO ia a smug asshole

  • cavuto is a douche! Grayson is arguing on behalf of the tax payers, and despises corrupted corporations and big pay offs.

  • Yeah, your right, good riddance, we don't want anybody challenging the people stealing from working americans, you are either a moron or one of the people doing the stealing Raced Rabbi

  • Cavuto is nothing more than a prostitute for corporate power and Fox news.

  • He sees every argument from the point of view of the rich crook ceo ...always...ALWAYS.

  • WHY SHOULD A RICH CEO MAKING BILLIONS WHO ARE STEALING MILLIONS OF DOLLARS AND BEING BAILED OUT BY MY TAX MONEY...WHY SHOULD YOU OR ANYONE ELSE HAVE ANY RIGHT TO SET A LIMIT ON HOW MUCH MONEY THEY SHOULD BE MAKING IN PROFITS!! YES HE IS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGED THAT ANYONE WOULD TRY TO CONTROL THESE CROOKS...WHERE IS THE OUTRAGE FOR THE WORKING CLASS? FOR THOSE LOSING THEIR HOMES? FOR THOSE LOSING THEIR LIVES WITHOUT HEALTHCARE? THOSE PP HE MOCKS CALLING THEM SO CALLED VICTIMS!

  • .............Sitting in a tree.............

  • Cavuto have no sense

  • Cavuto is the kind of person that just makes me mad. If you invite someone into a conversation, you let that person talk and explain. Cavuto is an idiot

  • @stairs021 It's called journalism. I know, seeing a democrat pressed for an actual answer is tough.

  • @stairs021 how many times can Cavuto ask the same question? he was given plenty of time to explain. he just didnt want to or couldnt explain

  • Cavuto really doesn't understand how government works. Alan Grayson answered his question, but Cavuto simply wouldn't accept the answer. It is not the constitutional job of legislature to execute legislation. That's what we have an executive branch for. Legislators legislate and executives execute.

  • @ThinkingMan1809 Think again. The Congress cannot give powers to the executive it doesn't have itself. Everything about the bailouts and the pay screening laws and all that is unconstitutional. But even so, to just authorize the executive to do whatever it wants, which Congress does all the time, is NOT constitutional and certainly NOT what the founders envisioned. This bill gives the executive de facto legislative powers. It amazes me how Americans don't know jack shit about their own country.

  • Yes Neil Sweetie, and the corporate big brother we have in place as it is is much more preferable. What's wrong with this idiot? The people who set those standards now are just unelected, unaccountable business executives and this moron is talking about "big brother".

  • This video is great. Especially since Alan Grayson is no longer my representative!

  • @TwitterRightone yeah and the delusional corporate butt sniffer you have there now you think is really working in your favour eh? Delusion is quite the contagion...

  • What did cavuto do? Why is everyone so angry?

  • From the following comments this must be where 'the professional left' that RGibbs talked about hangs out

  • cavuto is jerk bitch chump.

  • Grayson owned Cavuto? REALLY? Are we watching the same video clip?

Grayson got what he deserved in November. Good riddance!

  • FWIW - I am FAR from being part of the "very wealthy"...

  • @RackedRabbi No Cavuto looked like a jackass. Yelling and disproportionate time allocation to the guest speaking. Terrible host. At least I know why foxnews is so popular. It's like Jerry Springer. Lots of flash ZERO substance.

  • there goes biased Fox News hosting a liberal congressman on the show....oh wait

  • Go Grayson you have just owned Cavuto, the only people that don't like this are the very wealthy'

  • neil Cavuto is a total scumbag

  • what did he say @ 7:12??

  • Funny how right wing scum like Cavuto who live by "He who pays the piper calls the tune" changes their tune when the government is paying the piper.

  • let's say 100 times your average worker's pay for companies that were on the verge of BANKRUPTING our beautiful country if it wasn't for yours and mine hard earned money!!....in 2008 the AVERAGE CEO ratio was 319 times the amount of one of their workers, i.e. the people that bailed them out and are funding their severance packages

  • cavuto u are a fk morn stfup

  • If you like Grayson, then you are an unemployed, uninformed, uneducated buffoon...period. Why don't we just have a law making every tooth fairy pay an equal price to each and every kid who loses a tooth.

  • @believeinbeer Well I guess I dont exist then. Hmph

  • My god this guy is a completely and total jackass. I thought O'Reilly was being rude to his guests but this guy is insulting them outright and putting words in their mouths like when he suddenly added "idiot" to something Grayson said. 4:35

Does Fox news think that all americans should be rude to the government when they don't answer any of your questions? 8:00 Wow then the Bush administration got of kinda light don't you think? I wonder why that may be...huh?

  • @AnimeCuatro You came to the sane and obvious conclusion. And I cant wait for the republicunts to start in on me for concluding the obvious. Them on the dark(R)side prefer to be oblivious

  • Alan Grayson Rules ! I hope Obama gives him a big phat job in the white house so he continues to kick ass ! fuck you selfish, money grubbin', greedy Republicannot's ! God I hate you ! I hope you all get cancer and die a horrible death ! Only then will you see the big bright white light that Grayson is shinning on your dumbasses !

Cavuto is a total shill for the rich whores, if you don't get it then your too dumb to even explain !

"you didn't even give me a range..." get lost !

  • OWND!!!!!!! best interview cavutos ever done..

  • enjoy your permanent vactaion, Alan Grayson, cuz you got FIRED by the people

mainly for being an assclown, somewhat for being deceitful, but ultimately for being EVIL

    you fat mean fagtard

  • It's honestly unbelievable that somebody would try to pass a law that restricts ANYTHING regarding salaries, wages, or prices.

Thank you Neil Cavuto for speaking strongly.

  • @TimothyADonaghue, Because the salaries and wages being debated were funded by TAX PAYER MONEY.

  • I love watching Grayson make Cavuto squirm.

  • If this bill was passed then Obama would have to be arrested for robbing the tax payers of the USA!

  • Grayson is gone from congress in one more day. Thank GOD!

  • Neil Cavuto is an idiot, If these companies are getting Government and taxpayer money, then "Damn Right!!" We need to regulate their pay. Mr Sellout Cavuto is just fighting for his rich corporate friends. If the company was not in trouble and did not recieve any government money for a bailout, then yes, the government does not have a right to regulate any compensation. Cavuto thinks that everyone is stupid!! He is a corporate whore,

  • @reisler45, Isn't it amazing that all the people who are defending Cavuto, are also the same people who hated the BAILOUTS!!!

  • Cavuto is just playing stupid here. Doing his Fox news job of distorting and spinning and cutting off the person speaking...not letting him finish an answer.

  • @barbcinque what answer? Grayson had no "answer" to Cavuto's simple question - why not be specific in big gov't restrictions on pay & limit it to specifically the CEO's & upper management, and exclude the lower-rung people like secretaires & staff?!?!

too simple even for a simpleton like Grayson to understand, and now he can start the job search because the voters booted his dumb, angry, evil ass to the curb!

  • Was Cavuto EVER as concerned over the unregulated corrupt power of corporations? We elect our officials and they are held accountable for their actions and their votes as long as americans are paying attn....corporation have no liability or responsibility except to their own profits. This is a democracy and the government needs to play a role in protecting the AMERICAN CITIZENS...

  • @barbcinque "This is a democracy and the government needs to play a role in protecting the AMERICAN CITIZENS"

RIGHT... and to do so by NOT INTERFERING in their contractually agreed upon salaries!

  • I wonder why cavuto is no where near as outraged or concerned when corporation are given powers to affect american lives! Democracy is when we put our elected officials in power and we hold them accountable...not unknown and unseen....no liability greedy corrupt corporations.

  • Corporations in america are betraying americans...they take our jobs overseas, refuse to pay taxes, deny americans healthcare when they are sick, create american deaths in unsafe working environments, buy elections....etc etc.

yet here he is cutting off grayson, trying to be a smug arrogant hypocrite that he is. Corporations can rule but our elected officials should be powerless?

  • Theoretical scenario; I run a company, I own 50% of the stock in the company with 10 million dollars profit, but becasue I fulfilled a $200.00 contract for one part the Secretary of State is saying that my wages are limited to 1 million dollars when my fair share of the profits are $5 million dollars.

Even saying that compensation is limited only when a company shows a loss can also be deceiving because we all saw how Enron cooked the books till the last year. Enpower Stockholders to decide.

  • Neil has a good point in that this opens the door for all kinds of wage limitations It is not beyond our capabilities to write limiting criteria into the bill rather than pass the buck to the Sec of State. The problem is real, but the medicine is bad.

This is one of the few times that I believe the market can regulate itself, the real problem is in a lack of stockholder rights. Some companies are arranged such that I can own 50% of the voting stock but can't nominate to the board.

  • Let's see...Cavuto, one of the top 5 most trusted voices on the economy in the United States (like it or not) or Alan Grayson...my nut job Congressman. GO NEIL! This guy earns and deserves ZERO respect.

  • Summary: These two men agree with each other. Neil brings up a valid but paranoid point, and Greysond answers with a reasonable but cavalier response that is insensitive to Neils paranoa. So they fight. The end.

  • Seldom do you ever see Grayson owned like this. Cavuto wiped the floor with this arrogant fool. I'm so glad he's going to be voted out this time around.

  • Grayson was trying to explain that if his bill set a number the thieves would just pay themselves a dollar less than that number. He was also trying to explain that the Congress makes laws and the Executive Branch must be trusted to carry out those laws.

Neil Cavuto acts the role of an idiot and speaking for idiots. Cavuto is playing the role of someone who belongs on a bar stool in some very ordinary town not on National Television.

It was very nice of Grayson to treat Cavuto so gently

  • Grayson was trying to explain that if his bill set a number the thieves would just pay themselves a dollar less than that number. He was also trying to explain that the Congress makes laws and the Executive Branch must be trusted to carry out those laws.

Neil Cavuto acts the role of an idiot and speaking for idiots. Mr. Cavuto is playing the role of someone who belongs on a bar stool in some very ordinary town not on National Television.

It was very nice of Grayson to treat Cavuto so gently

  • cavuto is the man!!!! He asked that scumbag grayson a bunch of times how much is unreasonable!!!! Cavuto did not defend big business stupid..

  • Grayson is a dumbass and Cavuto outed his dumb-assery.

  • I'm not a fan of fox new, but Neil Cavuto really got him here. He could not really defend the fact that Uncle Sam essentially had the power to decide pay ranges for anyone in a company bailed out by federal dollars. He kept saying that it's up to the Treasury to decide what is or is not proper pay.

He didn't want to address the fact that bureaucrats actually have the power to set salaries from top to bottom for these companies as a result of this bill.

  • Wonder what the POS graysons comments are on gov't motors lending 4 billion to mexico to ship 400 jobs out of the US? How about NO companies get taxpayer funds for any reason! Liberalism is a disease!

  • The only ones that will get the big bonus with be the friends and contributers to BHO

  • Cavuto doesn't allow Grayson to complete any answer. Cavuto asks and judge before even Grayson starts to talk. No surprise, Cavuto and Foxnews defend the big interest, big banks and its CEOs who are cracking this country. I will vote for Grayson.

  • Neil is the most unpleasant person on TV.

  • @MEpianist: And that's saying something when you're in the same network as O'Reilly, Beck and Hannity. Good heavens.

  • Neil Cavuta is too dumb to understand the simplest American law and/or routine? Wow, this guy is dumb. I'm surprised Grayson didn't crack up at the level of ignorance and stupidity shown here.

  • this is such a pile of shit.. the republicans were the ones who wanted and made the bailouts get the facts...they wouldn't let any restrictions be put on the bailouts..look at that idiot Neil Cavuto defending the rich criminals

  • The Congressman speaks of theft by Wall Street and I agree that this people should be in jaill. There assets should be seized. Let's do this know.

Also, politicians are stealing and routing taxpayer money to their donors and friends. When are you going to go after this congressman.

  • Neil Cavuto is soooo stupid! It's so ridiculous haha

  • Bailout terms would be on a case to case bases, to give a number or to generalize about a figure would be stupid, not only that but it would in a sense be tipping ones hand and showing the cards to cheaters..Congressman Grayson should have pointed out the simple aspects of "Common law' and the body of precedent as the gauge to be used to determine the amount, which would be different for each case, but it is not his job to point out this out...

  • Neil Cavuto is an absolute disgrace. Notice how Cavuto misdirects the viewers attention from the financial market disaster--and those who caused it to bonusses for secretaries? As if anyone is concerned about a secretary's bonus! Cavuto is playing stupid. He acts as if there is nothing wrong with $100 million bonusses for Wall Street execs.

  • @Paolo7219 no misdirection going on here, not by Cavuto (Grayson, on the other hand)

Cavuto rightly points out how the bill Grayson proposes would assign an arbitrary big govt bureaucrat to decide what anyone in the company receiving bailouts money is "allowed" to earn

all Cavuto points out to Grayson is that this bureacrat would be in charge of EVERYONE at said companies pay

the real question you should be asking yourself is if Grayson want to limit CEOs pay, then why not be so specific?

  • Neil Cavuto you are a slime ball GOP whore deliberately misrepresenting the bill.

    GOP = Greed Over Principle!

All Cavuto cares about is big business bonuses.

  • @TheGodlessGuitarist No, the slimeball onscreen is Grayson!

only a slimeball politician would speak in CLASSIC politi-speak like - "why would you even think that is an issue under this bill? this bill only talks about 'unreasonable compensation'"(instead of simply writing a bill that puts limits on whose pay CAN BE restricted)

every reasonable question Cavuto asks is responded to with another question

everybodies parents teach that an HONEST person doesnt answer a question with a question

  • @Zaxxon2008

    Uh uh.

Cavuto talks and shouts all over him in typical Fox style. These are 2 tactics Fox have developed to make sure the 'liberal' doesn't come off with a good point.

Grayson was exactly right. It's a shame you don't understand why.

  • @TheGodlessGuitarist well ya got me there. i dont understand why.

i dont understand why Grayson thinks he is so above answering a question directly

i dont understand why Grayson couldnt write a bill that limits pay regulation to only those "in charge" of companies receiving bailout cash

i dont understand why Grayson wouldnt even address the VALID concerns Cavuto brought up

and i dont understand how you dont see him as anything other than a typical double-speaking politico

  • @Zaxxon2008

"i dont understand why Grayson thinks he is so above answering a question directly"

err...probably because he is not, since he did answer the question directly. You can not set a cap in stone since the economic environment changes rapidly. So the cap would have to be adjustable, and that was his point!

    "....companies receiving bailout cash"

Because it is not just the companies being 'bailed out' that are the problem.

  • @TheGodlessGuitarist "Because it is not just the companies being 'bailed out' that are the problem"

yet it is ONLY the companies receiving bailout money that Graysons bill addresses. any limits on companies not receiving bailout money would be unconstitutional

  • @TheGodlessGuitarist i still say that Grayson is not answering the question directly

if he were, he wouldnt answer a question with a question like "why would you even think that applies..."

Obviously someone thinks the bill could apply to another situation or other employees besides CEO's. so that necessarily means they see the bill as POTENTIALLY applying to those circumstances and therefore needs to have those issues addressed. Grayson just refuses to admit the potential faults of his bill

  • @Zaxxon2008

"i still say that Grayson is not answering the question directly"

I can only say I disagree, and it's clear the Cavuto is not going to give him the space to get into the detail.

  • @TheGodlessGuitarist oh and i do like your screenname tho

i shoulda come up with something like "TheDruidDrummer" or something like that... but i went with my usual reference to the classic videogame lol

  • @Zaxxon2008

"i shoulda come up with something like "TheDruidDrummer" or something"

    hehe

oh crikey, I remember zaxxon. Crikey you must be ancient like me lol

  • I think they dragged this congressman out of a bar.It seemed the drugs kicked in at the same time too.He was like a programmed robot.Unable to answer.Just say the same thing over & over.

  • Neil owned this idiot. WOW

  • CUT TAXES!

  • cavuto looks like a fat greedy lemur...in a suit

  • Neil Cavuto is a punk...as if Alan Grayson is going to help him and his buddies subvert the law..I know that Alan Grayson enjoyed seeing this little fagit get his shorts all up in a bunch.

  • @sabu63 It's fagot, moron. And you idiots don't seem to get it even when a 2x4 hits you across your Neanderthal foreheads. Have the banks been in bed with the gov't? They sure have? Have the politicians sold out the American people? They sure have. Is the answer to give these dumb asses more power? NO! Take the power away from them, they can't handle it and sell it to the highest bidder. Very few people could handle it. But the solution is not to give them more of it.

  • Neil Cavuto want carte blanche for greedy bankers with no regulation. He is looking for a number. Its not about a number its about a law. The no regulation system brought our economy down

  • Neil Cavuto is such a douche.

  • Is this a real interview or an SNL skit?

  • That's about the dumbest performance I've ever seen from Grayson. Turns out he is a typical politician after all.

  • @equsnarnd Ask a question. Get know answer. Sorry to say. That is the place we live now.

  • You fucking morons! The people who have been ripping off the American people is the fucking government. What is it going to take for you people do understand that? How can anyone be so stupid as to not see the role the FEDS have played in this since the 70's? How can anyone not see the administrations since the 70's including the current one from having the MAJOR role in this fiasco?

  • Wow, that Cavuto is one ignorant fucking douche.

  • Neil Cavuto is a snake and scum bag. Of course the corporate schmuck would defend BIG BUSINESS.

  • @gizmo2084 You are an idiot.... businesses hire people and pay them a salary......these people in turn buy things and create ability to feed children and build hospitals....my guess is that your parents worked for a business... schmuck

  • Comment removed

  • @cincykid32,

Just for a second, pull your redneck, inbred head out of your fat ass. Notice that I said, "big business" in reference to corporate executives that get bonuses and rape the companies they run at the exclusion of the people that work for said companies. Got it fuck face!?

Cavuto only brought this up because he really doesn't want any bills that protect the workers. He's a corporate dick sucker and his new religion is money.

  • @gizmo2084 you're right....i am a redneck, but a high tech redneck..... your still an idiot.... probably a tree hugger or union hack...

  • Comment removed

  • @cincykid32,

    It's you're not your. Idiot.

  • @gizmo2084 and you likely didn't even watch the clip because Cavuto WASN'T defending crooked businesses. Asshat

  • @gizmo2084 Prove it, dumbass.

  • This argument is so stupid. They’re talking about companies submitting to federal bailout help. You ask for help you take the terms. They aren’t proposing pay caps on all citizens.

  • This ranks as one of the most ridiculous interviews I have seen.

  • lol why doesnt he clear his throat

  • cavuto = cunt....

  • @StateOfTheArts Why, because he's right and your liberal friend is wrong???

  • Neil is such an obnoxious prick, I would smack that guy in the face with everything I got, that corporate dick sucking piece of shit.

  • Grayson will cut his nose off to spite his face every time!

  • You can't put a number on what is reasonable amount ... it may be a lot for one company and less for others at least the law is flexible enough to allow for common sense

  • cavoooto is a jagoff

  • Ha ha Grayson had Neil on the ropes and praying for the bell in less than a minute...lol

  • Why is Neil Cavuto so stupid? The Legislative Branch can't put a number on the outrageous bonus cap, because of inflation and the fact that companies executives make more and less depending on where they work. Not to mention that Neil asks Grayson the same questions that he has already answered, then spins it as if Grayson didn't. The worst example of "Fair and Balanced" I've ever seen.

  • @K1llaK0ala Haha Oh he knew what grayson had said. The only thing I haden't liked From Alan was he diden't repeat why he hadn't gave a specific number.

The reason Neil kept on that one thing he knew he could pick at, is to make his viewers say "ohhhh neils got him now..". They keep watching his show, he misinforms, he gets his pay check.

  • Comment removed

  • @dardonZ I agree with everything you just typed.

  • My God, Cavuto is a child

  • Grayson is 100 percent correct...this is what has to happen when a private company accepts tarp funds. They are now bound by the gov. rules

  • You passed the Credit Card Act to protect consumers. Instead, the interest rates on my credit cards doubled even though I had not been late for 10 years. The banks are now going to do away with free services such as free checking. When are you going to learn that the banks are smarter than Congress and will find ways around your Financial Rules and the consumer gets stuck with paying the tab? If this is the Dems answer for fighting for the little people, then STOP IT!! I can't afford your HELP!!

  • @chiggerno19 if you've never been late, who cares if your interest rates go up

  • @ready2roll I care!! My interest rates went up as a direct result of the Credit Card Act, passed by Congress, signed by Obama. Members of Congress openly debated that increased interest rates would probably occur, but they passed it anyway. Further, in December, the Senate tried to move up the date that the Credit Card Act would go into effect - reason - millions of Americans saw their interest rates dramatically increase. Congress knew this would happen, but they passed the Act anyway.

  • What an angry little man.... posing as a news anchor.

  • @LindaMarie1955

You're right, Grayson is an angry little man.

Soon to be a private citizen again.

  • @jimmyrtle Cavuot is the angry one.

  • @samson5791

And Grayson is the stupid one.

    Thanks for clearing that up.

  • @jimmyrtle Grayson is right. Cavuto cant deal with reality- these companies were failing and now have to operate under the rules of the fed gov. So tough...next time dont take tarp and hand out million dollar gifts.

  • @samson5791

I would take Grayson more seriously if he clawed back the bonuses Franklin Raines and Jaime Gorelick received at Fannie Mae when they faked their earnings. But that would involve going after liberal Dem croneys.

  • @jimmyrtle Good point, many of those lib/dems are hypocrites

  • let me ask all commenters here if you are PRO-ISRAEL???

well mr grayson here in his short time in office has become PRO- ISRAEL and has accepted contributions from the PAC LOBBY. is that something you accept from any member of the house, or senate??? not me. before you bash me email me @ ccrispi58@hotmail for the link and see for yourself.

  • Neil Cavuto is an idiot. Its obvious that he doesnt understand things and that he is mad about it. He calls himself an idiot during the interview. I agree with him on that. lol

  • It is marvellous seeing Cavuto so angry. At 4:30 to 5:20, just look at Grayson's face, and wry smile as Cavuto boils over.

  • Guess what when a company accepts tarp funds this is what has to happen, we would you not regulate pay for a company you just bailed out?

  • @samson5791 Alot of the banks didn't accept TARP funds. They were forced to take TARP funds whether they liked it or not.

  • That interviewer is a retard...

Hope he has some chapstick for his corp. d*ck sucking.

  • The law has a Judge to judge if that 5,000 dollar salary of the assistant was unreasonable. If Cavuto is gong to critique anything it should be the Process of Law making in the US. If the assistant gets charged with fraud or disingenuous profits then she can go to court and prove her case. Its an insult to the Execute branch to assume it cannot surmise a reasonable bonus range.

  • Cavuto is an idiot. Apparently he doesn't understand that Congress sets the general framework for how executive agencies can operate and then those agencies EXECUTE their legal responsibilities. The "range" would be commensurate with the revenues/compensation and severity of failure of the organization in question.

  • Grayson would get his ass kicked in the real world.

  • Cavuto is such an azz . He has Grayson on , then he interupts and condridicts him . Cavuto is just another Corporate Owned Manistream Media prositute .

  • Cavato is a idiot. Grayson is absolutley right if a set number was in the bill they would just pay 1 penny less than the limt.

  • @slackerdc Greyson is the good guy but Cavato is correct. Congress caused the problem and their soltions will lead to more problems. Regulation Commerce has nothing to do with determine profits of commerce.

  • Neil Cavuto got quite rude to his guest but so would I. These politicians really aren't doing a good job. A law should be clear, precise and without loopholes. Its ridiculous to refer to the constitution, which is the "basic philosophy", to justify unclear laws/regulations, like Grayson did.

Neil was worried about lower compensation limits but he could also have mentioned setting maximum compensation too high to please friends, so that nobody ever got punished! Indexation could be a solution!

  • Hey Neil, these companies nearly destroyed the entire American economy. If they owe money to the tax payers, we, the people, can say what they do with OUR money.

Cavuto is acting like he is protecting us but doesn't want us to keep an eye on the taxpayers money. These companies are owned by the people until they pay us back and the congress of the united states has an absolute right to demand accountability. They can pay millions to inept idiots with their own money, but not with ours.

  • OK. Here is a fundamental breach in their understanding here.

  • Can Grayson be that arrogant? Does he really think that it is a constitutional right given to the government to set financial compensations for work completed by an individual?

    In one word - WOW!

  • @RackedRabbi When those same companies are being funded by TARP funds which is tax payer dollars, the gov. can do anything they want to regulate..I dont blame them.

  • @RackedRabbi The answer is yes, when they accept tarp

  • Grayson has that idiot liberal look. The one that suggests he knows whats better for you then you do.Wish I could have gone to school with him. I would have kicked his ass and took his lunch money. Then laughed and called it wealth redistribution.

  • grayson cant answer a simple question, i would like to just bitch slap that ignorant liberal. lol and you shop at at these things called companies, and they provide jobs and pay taxes, THEY DONT TAKE ANYTHING AWAY FROM PEOPLE YOU IDIOTS!!! they give thing to people, they buy food from growers witch is more jobs, america is a capitalist country not communist so think about something before you say it.

  • @floridazation

I agree... liberals are playing a game on the liberal sheep..

  • @floridazation Those companies were only survived by TARP funds...so guess what, they gov CAN regulate and the SHOULD KEEP THE CROOKS IN LINE. Cavuto is a complete dope.

  • Grayson wants to push a bill that has no limits so government can punish you if you make a $100 bonus and they just don't like you. Grayson is a nazi wannabe and Cavuto owned him.

  • Who the fuck doies Niel think he's talking to ?

I would have told him to go fuck himself,

He immediately goes to profanity / name calling /

and putting words in Grayson's mouth.

  • The range isn't the point. Cavuto (again) is being purposefully dense without understanding that what legislation is being developed are rules by which we can regulate this kind of usury. Each instance is different, and has to be evaluated on its circumstance, much like court cases are done. Go ahead and walk up to a judge and shout "Hey, if I kill someone, I wanna know how much time I gotta do. What? You can't give me a number? You're stupid!!!"

Grow up Cavuto, and learn how to do your job.

  • Clearly Neil doesn't know what he is talking about. What a waste of everyone's time.

  • how did neil own him? he didnt.. he keeps distracting from the real issue.

  • how did neil own him? he didnt.. he keeps distracting from the real issue.

  • NEIL CAVUTO IS A DUMBASS

  • Wow. I have new respect for Neil Cavuto and more loathing and distrust for the Democrats. What a putz Grayson is.

  • It's amazing to watch Grayson squirm and avoid answering the simple question.

Cavuto owns him. I'm embarrassed for Grayson, because he actually appears to suddenly realize his own stupidity as the words leave his lips.

  • Grayson is an idiot, who was ill prepared for the interview. Cavuto was trying to get at who makes the decision as to what is considered unreasonable. We will have some bureaucrat determining whose freedoms are going to be infringed upon. Cavuto should have asked him about big bonus packages that went to Democrats who sort of worked for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. since Freddie and Fannie received money and are still receiving taxpayer money.

  • Fannie and Freddie have also been places for big Washington Democrats to go to work in the semi-private sector and pocket millions. The Clinton administrations White House Budget Director Franklin Raines ran Fannie and collected $50 million. Jamie Gorelick — Clinton Justice Department official — worked for Fannie and took home $26 million. Big Democrat Jim Johnson, recently on Obamas VP search committee, has hauled in millions from his Fannie Mae CEO job.

  • Jewish bankers owns FOX news!!! |o|

  • When it comes to this subject, yes those wall street crooks shouldn't be getting any bonuses and yes there should be specific ranges set for the bill before it is passed because once it is bureaucracy can do anything to limit everyones salaries and that kills capitalism and competition and destroys free market Democracy
