Ah yes, the question I was curious on myself.

Seems that the volume in the fills is lowered while doing them. So you don't hear much of the notes in them. Sucks I know

Thanks for the compliment but my fills are very basic. I generally just roll and keep to the beat of the music so I don't lose my timing.
