FUCK New Hampshire. Small minded, mean-spirited, lowlife. Poverty, stupidity, born-again assholes, redneck losers. FUCK New Hampshire. I hope the Muslims get a nuke and blow your asses straight to hell. FUCK you, chichester, FUCK YOU Pembroke Academy, FUCK YOU ALL TO HELL
@TheBearcat222 "born-again assholes"? NH has the second lowest church attendance of any state. Also high levels of average educational attainment. 7th highest per capita income in the US. 4th lowest unemployment. Chosen by the Free State Project.
@TheBearcat222 You've obviously never met a new hampshirite seeing as if you had you would recognize the fact that the vast majority of us are more educated than most of the U.S and have a tendency to speak our mind in an intelligent and dignified manner. As opposed to you, who obivously enjoys using profanity in an attempt to seem superior.
Born, raised and still reside in beautiful NH.I'll never leave the great, beautiful and wild state of NH.Deering NH here....I'm in the woods baby lol great video for a great state Thumbs up to this video!
Aah, New Hampshire... Where the redneck fathers have loaded double action 357. Magnums on their bedpost... Where if you go in the woods at the wrong time you will be yelled at by a hunter...Where if you go to Morse's you might see an exited 9-year- old boy holding a dead bloody turkey by the legs... Sure as hell beats the crap out of Texas! ( :
Born and raised in hampstead, I will return one day, hopefully live near lake Winn or merrymeeting. NH is in your bones and always draws her children home no matter how far away or how long you are gone. Live Free or Die is the only way to live!
born there; hope I die there....but not anytime soon. Am going to NC to live with my younger son and grandgals - ever closer to home; New Hampshire. Sunapee being my first place, of course!
i lived my entire childhood in Strafford, New Hampshire. its so fricken beautiful in the granite state. my mom forced me to move to texas for high school.... its ugly, the people are assholes and close minded, and they think that a desert with no wildlife or plants is beautiful. they wanna see beautiful? Autumn, New Hampshire, Foliage, WIN. i even saw the old man of the mountain before it crumbled. one day ill be going home to strafford. im a granite state guy. always will be
I was born in Laconia, NH (LAKES REGION ROCKS) & i lived there for 10 years. Just moved to AZ in 2008 & I MISS NH EACH & EVERY SINGLE SECOND OF EVERY DAY!! No such thing as winter in AZ (at least in my opinion)
@shiregal28 I moved to AZ from the northeast also, been here over 10 years now and it NEVER feels like home, this is like being in hell, everday is the same, no change of seasons, everyday blends with every month into every year. I can't wait to get out of this hell and back to woods, trees, oceans, seasons, intelligent people, and out of "North Mexico".
I visited from the UK last year first in the Summer and then for Christmas, I love this state and if it were possible for me i would live there tomorrow!!!!....your all so fortunate you New England people!!!...who knows maybe one day ill make it there ...forever!!!
We live in the Sunapee region and so much of what is seen in this video is right here. The gazebo looks like it could have been shot in New London. The Mountains are so much like Kearsarge, Ragged, and Sunapee. The lakes (Sunapee, Pleasant, Kezar, Mountain View, Highland, and dozens more) are crystal clear. The parade shot reminds me of Andover on July 4th. The foliage is just everywhere! We LOVE New Hampshire and couldn't imagine living anywhere else.
If your looking for an artsy town in NH you probably want to look at Portsmouth. It's a small seacoast town but has everything you could want, including a great night life scene including plenty of bars and clubs to explore.
New Hampshire My home where I came from. The land of My origin and the place I always love and always will. The last of the final frontiers that is like God's Kingdom On earth.
I truly agree one of the most beautiful places ever .... a friend took me through when I found myself home sick for North Yorkshire - would love to call this place home.
Every thing about Nh is beatuifful, even the winters espesialy during christmas with all the light and snow. even with the snow and ice storms it is worth living in
You always come home. New Hampshire will always be home. I'm studying in England right now, and while it's gorgeous in its own way, I can't help but miss NH.
I've traveled the US and many other countries and believe me when I say there is no place quite like Northern New England. I may leave for awhile but it always draws me back
I visited New Hampshire in September, fell in love with this beautiful state and the state of Maine. Unexpectedly, I found love in my life and dream of moving to New Hampshire asap.
Spectacular! One of the things I've always felt that makes America great is that its broken up into so many states, each with its own identity and culture.
This really is a beautiful video. It captures all the splendour and natural glory of our State's rich character. I'm attending college in Massachusetts right now, and it's not far, but it's enough to make me long quite sincerely for this wonderful homeland. LIVE FREE OR DIE!
My grandparents live up there and my family has summered up on Squam Lake for nearly a century. It is truly the most beautiful place on earth. Live Free or Die!
I'll tell you what, NH really is one of the best. I'm away now because I'm in the Army. They've sent me to South Carolina (yuck), Texas (semi-yuck), Virginia (the woods are similar but that's it), Iraq (you guessed it, MEGA yuck!) and now Colorado (nice but not enough water and no coast!). NH simply rocks, and I'll be back ASAP to raise my daughter there, Hooah!
Thanks for posting! I lived in NH until I was 13 and now live in TN . I have recently acknowledged how much I've missed it after being gone for so long.
I have lived east & west coast north & and south but i was born in a small town called North Haverhill NH and i moved back into the house that i was born in 4 years ago and this is one of the most eye gazing states in America
My Grandfather was born in Keene N.H. in 1875,and my Dad in 1900,Mom was born in Derry in 1908.Then my Mom & Dad moved to N.J. I still live in N.J. But my heart will ALWAYS be up there in N.H.
@El3ctricSkittl3z : I know this is an old comment, and you may no longer be in Florida, but I am currently in FL as well, from NH, and let me tell you that the more I watch these NH videos the more tears I get because I never realized how much I loved that state until I was gone from it. Florida sucks, big time.
I live in New Hampshire, and I guess I just take it for granted. I don't think it's that special living here. NOTHING ever happens here. It's so..boring and quiet.
Being over run by Massholes who are so stupid that they move here to escape the damage they did to themselves in Mass. and then votte democratic in our Republican state. If you want the state to run your life, just go home to Mass.

Nah I think they's none so dense to buy into fool me thrice, and a bunch crow hunting goons got their ass handed to them. Eat shit and and smile motherfucker.
The freedom?..... I live in it.... the freedom hmm... Its very peaceful here and beautiful Its MUCh more free than Massachusetts or New York... You should visit sometime!
i live in new hampshire... theres no concerts that come through , everyone thniks there black, and people auto matically classify us as rednecks. iu hate rednecks
Being there is one of my dream. The only thing that i think will not happen is totally being there. im here in USA right now and im from manila. But it's sad that i can't even see the place, i am at the west of America. But i love the video, shows me the places. thanks for you who made this.
I miss NH more and more every day. One day I'll move back there. Not one day has passed in the last 12 years that NH has not entered my mind. I watch this video with fond memories and the sadness that I am typing this message from almost 1,600 miles away.
Come back! We're here waiting for you! I moved away 19 years ago, and couldn't stand living anywhere else. Moved back here 10 years ago and it was the best thing I ever did. I'll never leave again (other than short trips/vacations) no job is every worth living in a place you dislike, I know from experience.
Live Free or Die! NH proves that you can put beauty and peace above other things.
One day I will. In a few years when the real estate market improves and I can sell my house I will try and move back there. Thanks for the positive thoughts. :)
It s a great place, wonderful!!I live in italy but I have a lot of relatives that lives there,if someone of the RICIPUTI see this post, please contact me ,,i ll be glad !!!
I've lived in New Hampshire my entire life and to be honest most people hate tourists even though they are our main source of income. So, its not too bad, but i do hate the races because it portrays us as a bunch of rednecks when really we're not rednecks at all. The small town feeling though still kicks major ass.
I remember living there and, despite the fact that I wasn't a native, I resented the tourists as well, driving to and from work and trying to get there on time while some vacationer took in the scenery that was my commute every morning. But it's worse in Florida believe me. I live in a county here with more or less the population of NH and in the winter the roads get crowded and restaurants have a 1 hr wait. Hot here in the summer yes, but I was just in our downtown and it was so nice and quiet.
gotta admit, ALOT of people from NH are absolute dicks, no offense, but you know its true. Prob my favorite place in the world, but not the nicest people
I lived in NH for a long time and love it. Hard to find work though. I live in Florida now and although I like it here I miss NH. I moved from NY to NH after attending college in NH and although there are those who don't like outsiders, especially people from NY, there were plenty of natives from the state who welcomed me and I spent my time with them and just ignored those with bad attitudes towards me. After a while I no longer even noticed anyone showing animosity to me.
I grew up in Plymouth but have lived in south Florida for the past 24 years. I haven't been back since 94 but watching this video made me very homesick. Summers at our camp on Squam Lake were awesome. Learned to ski at the old Waterville Valley when I was 4. Fed the bears at Clarks Trading post and hiked the Flume. My neighbors, the Neilsons used to maintain the great stone face when it was still there. God I miss NH.
NHs economy does depend a lot on tourism..ive met some cool cats from out of state/country while working in the restaurant biz and meeting people out on the trails.yes, ive met a few shitheads but mainly good folks loving the outdoors.
How beautiful! I was raised there... spent over 40 years there. It is a beautiful state and I miss it very much. God willing, I will return to live there someday. There is no place like home, especially if home was beautiful NH. Thanks for making & sharing this. 0:-)
I live in Florida. There are bumper stickers here that say "Welcome to Florida. Now go home." Another one I have seen says "Some of us are not on vacation." Probably the same sentiment.
Thanks, plusbabs. For anyone else who was wondering, the first tune is the theme from the movie "Once Upon A Time In The West", by Ennio Morricone. However, it's not the version from the original movie ST.
riiiight...your a fucking retard..new hamshire is beautiful...but have you ever thought about the ppl from new hampshire that move to other places and get there asses kicked for being stupid? yes ..i love smacking new hamshire shitheads around...bravvo!
Hopefully my next visit.

Being over run by Massholes who are so stupid that they move here to escape the damage they did to themselves in Mass. and then votte democratic in our Republican state. If you want the state to run your life, just go home to Mass.
It's all slipping away.

Home sweet home for me!
Wish you were here!

I've lived in New Hampshire my entire life and to be honest most people hate tourists even though they are our main source of income. So, its not too bad, but i do hate the races because it portrays us as a bunch of rednecks when really we're not rednecks at all. The small town feeling though still kicks major ass.

Alot of people from NH dont like tourists that much so we are protective of the State.
Most of us are nice but the people from the larger areas can be huge dicks.
We really hate Massholes. XD

NewHampshire way to be !

Hot here in the summer yes, but I was just in our downtown and it was so nice and quiet.

been told that New Hampshire is a great place..clean..with low crime rates..reminds people of the good old America

gotta admit, ALOT of people from NH are absolute dicks, no offense, but you know its true. Prob my favorite place in the world, but not the nicest people

Most of the "natives" don't like to nosey tourists...but I moved here when I was 14 to a ski resort and every one hated me for a while.

I love waterville valey the flumes and clarks :) and ive been to squam haha.

Yes... New Hampshire is great, but don't move here, we don't want you. Just visit and leave.

I live in Florida. There are bumper stickers here that say "Welcome to Florida. Now go home." Another one I have seen says "Some of us are not on vacation." Probably the same sentiment.

Does anyone know the name of the music at the beginning of the video? I recognize the music from 2:22 on as from DragonHeart, but not the first tune.
blizzardkb 3 years ago
Thanks, plusbabs. For anyone else who was wondering, the first tune is the theme from the movie "Once Upon A Time In The West", by Ennio Morricone. However, it's not the version from the original movie ST.
blizzardkb 3 years ago
First song Correction:
Composer: Ennio Morricone
CD: Once Upon a Time in the West [Movie ST]
Track: Jill's America (Track 11)
This track is on the ST; I didn't realize this version was not at the beginning or end of the CD.
