CS4 is the newest one - it's a lot better, the tweening works more like it does in After Effects.

The whole thing (including the sound mixing) was done in Flash CS3.

Reminds me of that time when I first saw "Reflection" two years ago. It was the first video I favourited here on YouTube and it's still my favourite of all time.

Now I'm going to criticise "Hugo" a little: there are some fantastic images there, like mountains and the snow, or the forest with strange trees, but the whole video looks a bit too clean, too well made: I liked the unpolished look of "Reflection" better.
