  • Hi can i stream video games with it?

  • can i hook this up to a receiver/amp? for 5.1 system?

  • @TheDr604 This model supports HDMI or VGA/Audio separately, so yes.

  • Wow you got out,I thought you were going to fight your evil twin for ever and ever inside that little ship. 60s Star Trek

  • HAHAHHAHAHAHHAA

  • the images on the tv is exactly synchronized with the laptop or there's a few seconds of difference between what you see in your laptop and your tv..

i mean if theres a difference it doesnt work for play some game from my laptop on the tv.

  • Is it streaming Full HD (1080p) video signal? Can I play a 1080p movie on my notebook and watch it on LCD TV 1080p through this device? Is it the same quality of the signal as I'm using an HDMI cable?

  • Hi Joe. What is the best pc to tv wireless? The Warpia or NetGear Universal Push2TV HD Wireless PC to TV Adapter. I want to see movies (but high resolution) om my HDTV, but I also want that it works with a projector (beamer) to give presentations.

Witch one do you recommend? Let me know also if you have other posibilities or brands.

  • I used to have a beard like that, but then i took an arrow to the knee

  • Beard?

  • @darknemisis0910 He's referring to what you see at 0:08

  • Hi Joe, was wondering if you have tried from another room? I believe product spec mentions you must have line of site. I was hoping to keep my box and TV in separate rooms that are close to each other.

  • @itaijiquan I had not tried it from another room. Sorry.

  • nice beard man!! i want one but i allways give up before its fully grown.rspct!

  • @hrzan Thanks... There's an annoying period but if you get past that, your only enemy is soup.

  • @joetechdotcom haha,cheers man.and good vid btw.helpped me a lott.but it fell second to THE beard.take care.

  • @joetechdotcom that's LOL!!

  • is it not 1080p though...warpia streamhd is the one!!!!!

  • @ZotiSOKOL Agreed. 1080p is always better than 720, as long as your TV supports it.

  • would you reccomend this or ra set topbox like roku or wd tv - buffering hd video content - etc????

  • @kboy2k I might recommend both, actually. It depends on your needs, though. If you just want to get streaming online media on your TV, Roku seems like a good bet (I don't have one, though). If you want to get your computer applications and presentations (or just your email) onto your TV, this is a great way to do it.

  • Will this show anything on screen including games? or only desktop and internet.

  • @BoY860 It will show anything on the screen. I haven't tried with games, though, and they may not show depending on how they handle video.

  • How much does this cost?

  • @lakevillefreebird74 Looks like they're running about $100 to $140 online.

  • can you buy that in sweden?

  • @drakungen4 I'm not sure

  • cut that

  • @101BrickBrothers cut what?

  • They could of had a better name for it.

  • left handed

  • Hi. Will it work for Macs?

  • I plan to buy one, Do I have to be in the same room with the laptop and tv?

  • @Freddie030609 You have to be pretty close

  • @joetechdotcom ..hi, i have on board graphics in my dell 3100c, could i connect to a big monitor to surf the web and watch YouTube with this device or do i have to buy a new pc with a stronger graphics card?

  • @bagshitass I don't know if that will work with your system or not, but I would check Warpia's site or ask their support team.

  • @joetechdotcom ..Thanks mate.

  • nice style the long beard

  • nice bieard

  • @jenggo4ever thanks

  • nice video

  • hey joe what resolution was your screen on your tv, when you had it connected to your pc.

  • @GadOlinium1 I think it was around 1280x768

  • Awesome.....tell me, can this adapter be hooked up to a flat screen that's not a 1080. I believe I have a 720 (32" flat screen)

  • @Blondylocs I think it can

  • this product does not work well.. to much lag time when watching any video .. and im in the same room..

  • @nebly400 I didn't experience lag time while using it, but I did have problems with video streaming being choppy, so there is a throughput issue, it seems

  • Hi Joe,

Great review ! Is there a equivalent device like this from Linksys, D-Link...etc ? There is no distributor/reseller for Warpia in my country. :(

  • Hello, great review. I'm planning to get a hdtv on my 2nd floor and the computer will be on the 1st floor. I was wondering if I'll be able to receive a good connection and will there be any drop to fps and input delay?

  • So you're telling me, I can plug the USB into my laptop, and plug the other thingy HDMI into my projector, and get video AND sound through the air? That's INSANE!

  • How can I boost the signal of the dongle? Cause my laptop is on 2nd floor and yet I can't get a signal unlike my wireless router it can get signal anywhere in the house.

  • @komododrago I'd try one of the methods people use to boost their WiFi signal. Search on the web or here on YouTube for "boost Wifi" and you'll find several solutions, I'm sure.

  • Awesome review, deff getting it....

  • Hi Joe,

Great review pal. One quick thing, have you tried something like extending the desktop to your TV like you can do with monitor?

  • @brikumae Actually, I do both. I have a computer behind the TV that I use for media and that one is hooked right into the TV. Then I have the Warpia for when I want my laptop display on the big screen.

  • Thanks for the review. I am using a competitive product that is built and looks the same way as this and workds very well from ALTONA called AT-HDAir + Audio. Thanks for the unplugging tip though. I shut many things down but didn't notice this getting warm.. good point..

  • 149.99! Fuck that lol

  • ye good video they a rip off tho int they. ditch that beard man

  • @maysle1 I'm not sure what you mean. It's a bit difficult to decipher. =) In any case, I think I'll keep the goatee, although I appreciate the comment.

  • Great review man...you made a good example of what a video review should be like from home-users. The only thing missing is...does it work on Mac alone....even though Macs can do PC but, not everyone does that.

  • Can you get these adapters at wal mart or does it need to be a electronics store?? Commenting back would be nice thanks.

  • that is a epic beard my friend

  • Who cares if it gets a bit warm! what you want to care about is when your hand hits that usb thing you got sticking up, should be pointing the other way if you were smart.

  • question? is the frames per second rating adequate to show videos smoothly. reason is i recently bought the liteshow II adapter for same purpose however its frames per second rating is about 15 to 20 i think which is quite poor.
