I think the same way that you do. I bought a piece of land and I am affraid to build, but at the same token, I know all construction will go up. If you were on my place would you build, considering that the lot is paid in full.

The way I see it is if you have the cash why not. I already have some gold, silver, stocks and my primary home debt free.

I am using my fiat paper US dollar now while it is still accepted. I also signed the contract in April when everyone thought the financial world was ending. They were discounting modulars at that time nicely & all raw commodities were cheap. So I think it's better to buy when things are cheap & people are desperate then later during hyper inflation.

Carl, thanks for the video. There are a few things that I'd like to point out though...Government doesn't print money like what we thought, if government can just print without limit, why would they need tax people so much. If they could print like what you thought, the politicians could just waive all the income taxes and get voted forever. The another thing is the US dollars is coming a strong rally, this won't be good for gold/silver. Especially silver, it may have a long way going down.

Stochastics on the daily charts GLD and GDX will be well into oversold tomorrow if we have a down day.If Dubai does not make it payment on Monday could mean further strength in the Dollar. I have been selling my Dollars into strength like I'm sure most foreigner are doing. Dollar could go to 77 tomorrow But volume in UUP is losing steam.
