@bigdomkook The reason for the lack of a movie is because of an argument over distribution rights. There's already a script and Peter Jackson was set to direct, but there's been huge arguments over distribution rights that have put the film on hold...mainly because Peter is determined to do it. Others consider it dead, though. Hopefully Peter will get his wish, and be able to make it. Last I heard, though, Steven Spielberg was rumored to take over since Peter may be moving on.

@jacklea8 They weren't attacking their own species on purpose , the rebels were pissed about being treated unfarely because the covenant was attacking the outer colonies and the UNSC didn't do much to stop them. thats why the rebels attacked the UNSC because they thought the unsc wasn't doing anything to stop the covenant when they were really preping for the attacks on the middle and inner colonies.
