hey well you know how i lost like 5 pounds in like 2 days?

you dont have to throw up, all you do is NOT EAT. well i did have 1 piece of toast with peanut butter every morning and like half an apple in the afternoon and night but other then that just water, water, and more water. If you get cravings, (do this only if you have restraint) get your favorite chips, candy, food, and chew but dont swallow anything, spit it in a cup.and excercise like your life depended on it <3
