  • crank cases are made by molds..right? this is demo right???

  • this machine makes me proud to be a human

  • What do they do with the shavings? It must be worth something at the foundry if it's pure and high quality.

  • how much do that machine costs?

  • I'm looking at a similar Mazak. I'd guess the base price on that Matsuura to be around $320,000. That's for a bare bones model. With appropriate options in an actual production manufacturing environment, that machine is prolly about $500,000 easy.

  • start saving money for this.. id prefer to do money with this instead of having restairants LOL thx for the info man

  • If you got the right work and the right volume, money just falls out of these machines.

  • How do they separate the piece from the rest of the un-machined block when its done?

  • They flip it over and finish the job.

  • Briiliant.

    Matsuura rule the cnc world.

  • I would like to know the price on that thing

  • Matsuura 5 axis machines are just awesome.

There are loads of F1 suppliers in the UK who run these 63V machines - the best running the best.

What is this component? No doubt it is super tight tolerances - why else use a Matsuura if it isn't?

  • Matsuura-machining from solid in one hit. Just brilliant technology. I run a 7 year old Matsuura ES450HII 5 pallet horizontal and it never misses a beat. It has only stopped three times since new for breakdowns - & they were nothing serious. Great vid - thanks.

  • great work on a great machine

  • I like that pallet chnager

  • Awesome video. Great work!

  • What does this engine case go to. What size engine is it. (cc).

  • I will try to find out.

  • Looks like the case for a twin cylinder opposed piston engine... My guess would be for large scale RC aircraft, but I could be completely wrong.

  • that is too big for an RC.. unless its like a 4th or half scale.. its just way too big. At that scale people would use better engines than the Opposite piston design.

My guess would be for a 250-500 motorcycle.
