Neo-nazism is mostly in moscow,st petersburg and western russia.The far east russia is just plan dangerous to everybody.And siberia i dont know much about,but is mostly okay from what i know.so if your brown skined,like latino,arab,etc,you should go to either Kazan,Ufa,Abakan,Ulan-Ude,Gorn­o-Altaysk,Elista,or Vladikavkaz(but be careful because its very close to chechnya and dagestan where terrorist are).But if your black,dont even dont go to russia or eastern europe at all.Hope i helped! :3

I think there are many conservative countries around, but there's a huge difference between conservative/reactionary ideologies and then general skinhead thuggery on the streets, which often has little or no real political ideology behind it. That was the only 'neo-Nazism' I was talking about.
