well i bought my cutter from here and set it all up cut like 10 stickers then the arm broke that holds the blade and i did follow the instructions in the video how to set it up but the guy on the phone made me pay for the replacement part and i had to install it myself he said it was my fault for having the blade out too far (witch i didn't) new part on did nothing different and works fine now over 100 stickers other than that everything was fine but might not buy from uscutter anymore

I just placed my first order with USCutter on Sat. I thought I ordered the wrong item and called Monday. Howard was great taking care to answer all of my questions and being sure that what I ordered was indeed what I wanted. :)

I had another question and called back and again got Howard. He took care of that too.

I will know more once my order gets here weather things went well. :)

So far I have to say customer service and pricing was great.
