i know a joke about the Albanian army and it goes like this:
the UN was rounding up troops equipment and vehicles from various countries to send in the middle east to maintain the peace. at a point they turned to Albania and asked them for some vehicles. the albanians said "we'll give you one tank".The UN was offended and replied "come on you can do better than that".The albanians then had a talk and said "OK we'll give you both tanks"
