  • For all of those wishing to download this, DON'T! Combantant himself emailed me saying that there will be NO MORE UPDATES as he has moved on to other things. The latest update was in 2005, making this packed distro old and obsolete for newer things, I recommend getting BackTrack 4 Pre-Final

    old school

  • Thanks for the upload mate, but seriously you will get flamed for this old skool hack; yeah it brings back memories...but... Nobody uses "Finger" (port 15) anymore.

Telnet however is not dead, many gateways have the port opened by default nowadays. BThomehubs can be accessed remotely via Telnet just like all the others. It depends on the setup.

Ok, fair enough, I did see "Finger" port being open recently on a server, along with "chargen" (port19) and echo (port7).

    All depends on the config.

  • Finger is port 79.

  • name of song pls :) ??

  • heii... common share to me.. what its linux name.

    thank you very much..

  • its navynOS

  • is this linux?

  • This is just a demonstration with a weak password. Bruteforcing isn't usually this easy. Nice demonstration though =)!

  • Eh...there was a guy at the age of 15 successfully hacked NASA and government systems from his laptop through a Miami School network and stole enough classified, uber-restricted software to shutdown the space station and orbiting shuttles

  • i suppose that was on the 90's now a youngster need to know more in order to hack, and therefore as the governemnt says " hackers have gone pros"

anyways real hackers need real math. hehehe

  • u have no idea omfg i watched 1990 hacks and it makes me laugh rlly hard

  • That's why you disable telnet, as well as other services and block the default ports using iptables =)

  • how do you get that sidebar? mines in the actual toolbar and thats kinda gay.

  • that guy that got cought hacking into the pentegon in 1999 what was he using? to do all that shit?
