  • hey bro...as a daily pothead i smoke often and i also like to work out sometimes...i want to know you opinion on weather or not my work out is differed by my daily smokein...i smoke and workout and seem to be able to work fine and i feel good on all of it, but i was wondering if my muscles were being differently worked upon wile medicated and not medicated...i know how when i smoke a bit my muscles tend to be more relaxed and smooth, is this a factor on my muscle workout and growth

  • Do you know about how long it will take to notice?. How often should i do these exercises? I am really trying to get abs that are actually able to show.

  • @Morganb00 well what ive heard.if you have six pack abs that are big,and you can contract them then all you have to do is lose belly fat(cardio workouts). best time it would work would be first thing in the morning

  • I do 30 minutes a day, everyday combine with running 30 minutes.

    It works. Damn...my abs are sore and I see the toning already.

    But I wanna know something.

    Does anyone know how to lose the fat between the end of waist line and the hip start line?

    I also want to slim down my waist to 23. Now my waist is 25.

    Please let me know if anyone knows how. Thank you.

  • Do it on a softer surface and make sure your chin is tucked towards your chest (look at your navel) and pull your navel back towards your spine at all times to activate the abs!

  • Do this routine every other day for best results and watch you nutrition. Don't eat too many starchy carbs. If you can chew it, it's a good carb (fiber), if it melts in your mouth it's a bad carb (no fiber).
