yes, out of context. when a person is person is set up to say something in one context, and the clip shown only has his answer, then yes, it is out of context. what part of that don't you understand. FYI "one nation under god" is not the supreme law of the United States. that distinction belongs to the constitution. the constitution begins with: "we the people." under the constitution, you have the right to enjoy religious freedom but you also have to remember that the church and the state shall remain separate. in other words, religion should not inform politics. "one nation under god" wasn't added to the pledge of allegiance until 1954...as a symbol the USA wasn't communist.

Wrong. Nothing in this video was taken out of context. An UN-EDITED clip of McCain speaking was used. The man said he has "always aspired to be a Dictator." Period. In this situation, what difference does it make if he was addressing a question about the bailout (which he was) or what his favorite brand of diapers are? John McCain said: "If I were a Dictator - which I've always aspired to be." The USA doesn't elect dictators, we install them!

i'm neither a repub or dem, i'm not religious, i've spent half my life living-working abroad, i double check the news i read (right wing, left wing, independent, international, etc) at factcheckDOTorg. i'm not bragging, i'm just saying that i don't trust anyone but myself to form an opinion.

and guess what? my opinion has led me to conclude obama/biden are the better choice. no, they're not ideal...but they're far superior to the alternative

What stats are u looking at? Al qaeda attacked usa in 90's many times (wtc bomb, uss cole, marine barack). Now that we are figthing back you consider it escalated? Go back abroad to some socialist society and be happy there. That is not what the USA is about and that is what scares me the most about obama/biden. They are moving towards a socialist society. if there was an actually honest politican, I don't mind having a dictator or a unifying leader (dictator). A dictator doesn't need freakin* bipartisan politicians to get things done. That's how pathetic our congress, house and our govt is. Dictatorship gets bad rap, because most majority of the dictators are corrupt scums. There are very few honest, stands for justice politician.

Mccain doesn't fill that role, and neither does Obama.
