  • "Massa don't wanna hear that slave shit!"

  • "we sure could use a baritone!"

  • Don't you worry Massa Malone. We got them bacon stains out of the upholstery.

  • I'm a liberal and I think this movie is really funny. Groups like vegans are destroying the Democratic party making them look like a bunch of Anti-American people who are judgmental of everyone. The Democratic party needs to distance itself from gay pride groups, animal rights groups, etc. It should focus on more on economics.

  • Kelsie Grammar is looking HOT smoking that cigar!

  • i loved this movie except for this part.

does any one really believe there would STILL b slaves?

slavery was dissolved by every country in the world by 1890 something? without the civilwar the South would have got rid ofit soon enough JUST like the north did. maybe 1890... by the way no other country needed a war to get rid of slavery only lincolns regime!! bastard...half a million dead thanks to him.

  • @bluegrassreb1 I'm guessing you're still not over the civil war?

  • @bluegrassreb1 yeah all except Africa. that is still going strong today. in the sub Saharan trading to arabs muslims...

  • @bluegrassreb1 You failed the second grade and got stuffed into a home for the hopelessly retarded, right?

  • @bluegrassreb1 actually the civil war was over states rights. The war happend because some of the states tried to leave the union over several issues the biggest being taxation/tarriffs that gave the economic advantage to the norths manufacturing plants.

Slavery was one of the lesser issues in that time period.

  • @zakita247 Dude, read "A Patriot's History of the United States" and you may change your mind. Here's a quote from the Confederate Constitution (and the book cites a source for it), "Our new Government is founded . . . upon the great truth that the negro is not the equal of the white man. That slavery--subordination to the superior race, is his natural and normal condition."

  • @finrodbrs true, but he is correct in saying that the slavery was one of the more minor issues. lincoln only fought to preserve the union. the first draft of the speech that became the emancipation proclamation stated that the south could keep the slaves if they returned to the union. after the south didnt accept, abraham lincoln abolished slavery in the south, leaving maryland, a northern slave state free to keep their slaves.

  • @airsoftomatic Minor (or secondary is probably a better word) for the the North, yes. But the underlying reason why the South seceded was to protect slavery.

  • @finrodbrs cant argue with that :D

  • @zakita247 Where did you learn this?

  • Man this movie is hilarious but at the same time makes alot of good points

  • You know what's ironic? Back then the "racist" Republicans were the ones fighting for the freedom of slaves, and the "champions of minorities" the Democrats were the major supporters of keeping Slavery. There's something the history books tend to gloss over.

  • @DrZann That and the Copperheads in the Civil War and the Liberal Non Interventionists along with the Republican isolationists in ww2.

Point is,not all anti-war movements are created equal.

  • the next line is "this is sick." "not as sick as slavery!"

  • Weird how two of the stars of this movie died a day apart. First Coleman, then Hopper.

  • I want singing slaves too!

  • lmfao i was dyin when i saw this oart.. now i cant stop talking about itt lmfao rofl

  • R.I.P Gary Coleman

  • Its rythematically horrible

  • MOTHER FUKKIN GARY COLEMAN!

god i love this part so much :D

  • "Bye Daddy!" LMAO

  • 1:45 the best

  • @poopoopoo45 lmfao can yaw kick somethin in a foo foo lmfao

  • What the hell happened to good comedies without ANY slant? Remember the classics? They told us next to nothing about moral choices and politics, but they were actually FUNNY.

  • No, see, this is a comedy because, as they say, "a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down." It's incidentally funny.

  • Did you read what I said? I said this isn't a GOOD comedy. I didn't say this WASN'T a comedy. And the "spoonful of sugar" argument you used was the most irrelevent thing I heard all day. Sugercoating the subjects at hand has nothing to do with being funny.

  • @CurlyAngryman

    Mmmm, spam

you like spammin angry man? i hear spam goes well with bullshit, and since the latter is leaking from your mouth, ill assume you concur.

you could have just said you dont like this comedy style, you dont have the embarrass yourself by being a twat on the internet

  • @CurlyAngryman

I rather liked it. If you want Duck Soup, then go watch Duck Soup. (I might do the same; I love me some Marx Bros.)

Truth is, this is better than most of the comedies made lately.

It's a well-established fact that packing your message in humor means that it's going to be more readily received.

Go watch Blazing Saddles. It's full of Aesoping, and yet everybody loves it. Now go and listen to speeches about the same things. Not nearly as interesting, is it?

  • Funny as hell

  • Hahaha, that was the best part of the whole movie! :D
