Sure it's selfish. It's a wish that is only for personal gain and only benefits Yusshi herself. What is worse she only wants to become an adult so that she can be with her prince and be viewed by other people as a grownup. Even if you can pity her plight, her wish is still a totally selfish one.

Wanting to be "normal" is selfish in her case because she doesn't wish to become an adult so she can save somebody or to make a difference in society. She had no real outside reason to become an adult other than to help herself.

not really, because this town is pretty peaceful as you can tell, so if someone else became the princess what would the be able to wish for? This town has peace, prosperity, everyone gets along, etc. The only candidate who has a good reason is the faire one, but she comes along later and her problem is solved (bcuz of yucies awesome help of course!).
